Yeaaaahhh no. This was a scene, not a chapter. If you put this together with what else you've already written and at least half of what you've implied has occurred, you might have a decent chapter one. The first time you got away with things because it looked like a prologue but now? Now you're just proving that you've got no real inclination to write a story, but rather to just vomit out crap. This is like looking at an unedited regurgitation of a barely half formed idea. Two thumbs down.
