Hello.

I honestly don't know you all that well, but I do know how you're feeling right now. I hope I can help even if it's just a little bit.

So, obviously, everyone's different. Which means different things make each person happy. (Am I making sense here?) As I said, I don't know you that well, so I'm not exactly sure what will help you. So I'll just tell you what helped me out. All I can say is try not to be alone. I know you might not want to talk to anyone, but that's okay. Just hang out with someone. You don't have to talk to them if you don't want to-- just don't be alone. Later, if you feel like talking, and trust them enough, you can. (Or you could always e-mail me at amandalyons38@gmail.com I understand, and won't judge you on anything.) Also, If you have any hobbies that make you happy, do them.

Drawing, writing, music, dancing, ext.

Seriously, even if you're not any good at it. Do it anyway. It will help you keep your mind preoccupied.

Depression doesn't last forver, hun. Believe me when I say this because it doesn't. You may think it does, but you'll be fine again soon.

Just know you're never alone, that you're beautiful and amazing. That there is a purpose for you in life. You wouldn't be put here on earth if you didn't have a purpose.

I hope this helps you. If you need someone, you can e-mail me any time. I usually answer.
