I just had a painful flash of inspiration. All the combatants are assembled, but suddenly a woman's voice hollers "Sevvie Poo! Hurry up!"
Snape Conjures up an everlasting teapot and a plate of crumpets, murmurs "I'll be right back" and strolls from the room, reacing for his zipper.
