Okay I don't know exactly who has been spreading that RIP thing, I don't know how widespread it is, but like atomickilljoy said, I wouldn't immediately start bashing other fandoms and pointing fingers. Sure, some of them may have retweeted (?) it, but let's not condemn the entire fandom because of it. I like Minaj, and yeah, I'll admit, some of those 1D dudes are pretty darn adorable with their baby cheeks and cute tunes. Let's not hate others because of the music they listen to, ey?
With that said, I understand your point, it's really a horrible thing to joke about death, this thing shouldn't exist. And I'm sorry for any anxiety or bad feelings it may have given you.
