You may be stereotyping the "populars" a little bit there. I mean it just sounds like they thought you were upset about something and wanted to make sure you were ok. I wish that is how people in my school treated me. Today in assembly some guys were literally kicking my chair in an attempt to get me to fall off it and chucking paper at me ._.
