Sometimes when the world's all quiet and these swirling, vemon thoughts scream so loud I swear I'm going to lose it, I think about people like this person in your poem and just. Stop. Not that stopping will ever change things like this from happening, but maybe I think that for every negative drop into that bowl of humanity, there are people like you who, instead of perhaps poking fun at tragedies and bad mouthing the dead, create words to acknowledge them, make it so they haven't left in vain. It makes me feel less worried everyone's not just an asshole. Thank you for writing this.
