If Wishes Were Hippogriffs

Taking the final chapter as a whole, it is pretty good, although, not particularly thought provoking (anything that claims complete perfection over someone or something, I just... ignore).

The one weakness of this ending (in my mind) is that it ignores Bellatrix Lestrange, a serious contender for equality on an evil scale with Voldemort. It also seems a bit odd that the 'punishment' was levied due to the actions of immortals, but the punishment was inflicted upon mortals.

In a way this chapter reads similarly to the mythological stories from ancient times where the mortals are punished for the actions of the immortals (Hera and Zeus' disagreements about his infidelity simply hurt the mortal involved, etc.).

A good story, but I think it would have been improved by a different ending.
