This isn't bad, but you have everything happen with little or no backstory. The letter from Hermione and Ron for instance; that is a very Ron reaction. Hermione however, would shy away and avoid him. The letter from Fleur is pretty sudden, but I could see her curiosity in trying to find out why the sudden change. You need to elucidate on what is happening. Currently it takes leaps in logic to figure out the Whys.
