I like that Bellatrix is the assumed defect in the DEs, also like the desperation it seems that Voldy is going to get recruits, picking on school childern. Oh well, I am happy that you had Harry and Cho 'make up' but am hoping you will not get them back together again, I think there disasterous attempt at dating showed them they would be better off as friends. I think this should be a H/Hr, you let Harry realise that Cho isn't right for him and that he has missed what was right under his nose and get him together with Hermione.

Thanks for your opinions regarding the ship - I am not yet certain what the ship will be. But seriously, the ship is only incidental; the main focus will be on the plot, in which both Hermione and Cho play a very important role, regardless of the ship.
As for your remarks regarding the Death Eaters and Voldemort - Malfoy was tasked with recruiting Death Eaters since the beginning of the year, since Voldermort is really short of manpower. As for Bella - well, it is a story of its own, and you will have to wait until we come to it.
