That just makes things all kind of interesting. Seriously. If it's the case then there may be a direction here that I really didn't think you would be going in. Not that it would be a bad thing. It reeks of drama and, hey, we all love the drama.
And my favourite thing about this chapter was that it didn't make me cringe. Usually, when people write fics where they invent a character to take credit for song lyrics, it just makes me uncomfortable and just seems so contrived. But yours doesn't. Ever.

I love how everyone thinks I said Pete wrote the song. Pete only told Molly the song was written for her.
but thank you for the kind words. I can see how it could be confusing. Honestly, I got a little thrown off 'cause I can't find my damn cd booklet and I've heard "patrick wrote it." "Pete wrote it" 'patrick wrote it' etc etc. but...I'm gonna go with the one I've been "positive" of since the song came out.
