!!!!Chapter 6!!!!!
Joy and Tony arrived to Hilary and Joel's since Joy was staying there. They walked inside and headed into the living room where Hilary was folding laundry. She looked up seeing Joy and Tony. Her mouth dropped as she saw blood on her face, “Joy oh my gosh are you okay? What happened?” she asked as she got up and ran over to her
“I got into a fight with that bitch Paris.” Joy said wiping some blood away, “and I would've killed her if Tony and Benji didn't stop us.”
Hilary examined her face, “Joy lets get you cleaned up.”
Joy shook her head, “no I wanna see my babies. Tony wants to see them.”
“Okay. They are upstairs in the nursery sleeping.” Hilary said watching Joy
Joy grabbed Tony's arm and walked upstairs with and into the baby’s nursery. The girls were sleeping peacefully and looked so adorable.
Joy looked over at Tony, “here are my girls. You can pick one up if you want.” she said smiling
“Awesome.” Tony said smiling as he picked one of them up
Joy smiled watching him, “that’s Jade. Addison is the one in the crib.”
“Joy, Jane is so beautiful! They look so much like you.” he said cradling Jane in his arms
Joy picked up Addison, “thanks. All the boys will be after them.” she said giggling
Tony nodded as him and Joy played with the girls.
[One Month Later]
A month went by and the media was still talking about Joy's fight with Paris. They wouldn't leave it alone but Joy just ignored it. She hadn't seen Paris since that day and that was probably a good thing. She still wanted to kill Paris. Benji has also been sending Joy money to get things for the girls. She didn't like the fact that he was sending money but whenever she returned it to him he sent it back to her. He also sent her some outfits and other baby things for the girls. At least Joy knew Benji cared about the girls.
Joy finally went back to her house to live. She loved staying with Joel and Hilary but she needed to get back to her house. All of her baby things were there that she needed. She hired a nanny to help her take care of the babies when Hilary couldn't help her.
Joy sat in the baby nursery in the rocking chair holding Jade in her arms. Addison was fast asleep in her crib already. She looked at her daughter, “maybe someday your daddy will come back home to us. I promise darling that he will someday” she said as she held her close to her. She began singing a lullaby to her softly and Jade soon fell asleep in her arms. Joy looked down at her daughter and kissed her cheek and stood up placing her in the crib next to Addison.
She sat there silently looking at her girls that were sleeping. She couldn't believe they had to grow up without having their father around. It broke her heart. She wanted her girls to have a better life than she did. She also missed Benji so much. Thinking about him made her heart ache with pain. She wanted him back more than anything in the world.
Tears started welling up in her eyes as she thought about Benji. She looked at the girls one last time before walking out of the nursery and went into her room where she cried to herself.
Awhile later Hilary and Joel ended up at Joy's house. They kept trying to call her and she wouldn't pick up. They were getting worried. They ran inside and headed upstairs. They saw the girls in the nursery, which made them feel safe. They made their way into Joy's room where they saw her crying.
Hilary ran up to Joy, “Joy darling what’s wrong?” she asked
“I miss Benji. My whole life is so fucked up right now.” Joy said as she cried
Hilary hugged her as Joel sat down next to them, “it’ll be okay Joy.”
“I always wanted my girls to have a better life than I had. Look at them. They have to grow up with their father not being around..” Joy said wiping tears away, “look at what Benji is missing out on. He doesn't get to see their first things that they get to do.”
Joel looked at Joy as he saw all her pain come out, “I know Joy. It sucks that everything came out this way. I wish i could fix it.” he said
Hilary took her hand, “babe it’s all going to work out. I promise. Joy it takes time to repair your heart its getting better. I promise he will come back with open arms and Addison and Jade will be happy too.”
“I hope so.” Joy whispered as she looked down at her hands
[Two Weeks Later]
Two weeks went by and Joy was doing a little better. She still really missed Benji a lot but was trying to keep strong for her babies’ sake. She was on her way over to Hilary's house since she was going to discuss the wedding plans with her since their wedding was in a month and a half.
She pulled up to Hilary and Joel 's house and parked her car. She got the twins out of the back and headed up to the house. Joel let her in and took Addison from her. He walked into the living room and sat Addison down as Joy sat Jade down.
“Hey Joy!” Hilary said smiling as she held Savannah in her arms
Joy sat down smiling, “hey Hilary. So what’s up?” she asked
Hilary shrugged, “not much. I just wanted to discuss something with you.” she said
“Okay...” Joy said waiting for her to continue
Hilary sighed looked at Joy, “well you know that you are my maid of honor right?” she said looking at Joy who nodded, “well Benji is Joel's best man which means that you and Benji are going to be together most of the night. Are you going to be able to handle it?” she asked
Joy sat there for a few seconds, “Hilary do whatever you want to do. Its your big day and no matter what I'm not going to ruin it for you. It won’t kill me to spend on night with Benji.” she said smiling some.
“Are you sure?” Hilary asked again
Joy nodded, “yes Hilary I'm sure. I will be okay.” she said smiling as she looked at the twins who were sleeping in their car seats.
Hilary smiled watching her, “awesome. Now all we have to go is go get fitted for our dresses and we are set!”
“Awesome! So what are the colors of the dresses?” Joy asked taking Savannah from Hilary
Hilary placed her hands in her lap, “the bridesmaids dresses are a pineapple/light yellow and your dress will be pink since you are my maid of honor. The flower girls will be white. And once we get to the reception the bridesmaids will change into dark red dresses and you will change into a black dress since the reception colors are red and black.” Hilary said smiling as excitement filled her
“That sounds amazing!” Joy said smiling, “I cant wait I'm totally excited!”
Hilary nodded, “you have no idea!” she said smiling as she looked at the twins watching them as Joy played with Savannah.
Hilary didn't know how the whole wedding was going to turn out since Benji and Joy weren't speaking to each other. She was just hoping everything would turn out okay and that Joy and Benji could work out their problems. For the sake of the babies at least.
