  Awwwww.....poor Fudge. He might be greatful that his guards took him to St. Mungo's, at least he'll be closer to medical assistance then. I can't wait to see how Harry and the Wild Hunt start cleaning house! Why hasn't Dumbles guessed who the Baron is? Does he believe that Harry wouldn't make a move without consulting him first; or does he just want to avoid another beating? It looks like both Harry and Hermione are picking up plenty of information and skills! Thanks for the chapter, and i liked seeing how Crabbe and Goyle showed a bit more smarts than Malfoy......though that's not hard to manage! I'm looking forward to the reunion of Dobby and Harry, and eventually Harry and Hermione's! I bet Dumbles tries to take credit for that! :)

  ::snicerk:: Porr Fudge, if he's out more than 12 hours, he's going to want to stay out for a long time. I do like how Harry is growing into a role analgous to that of Baron Harold and I suspect that, when Baron Harold's people find a way to return her, Hermione is going to be his strong right arm and partner; all of this to the disconcertment and annoynace of Albus as he's reduced to, at best, a spectator. Meanwhile, it's good to see Greg and Vincent portrayed as smarter than they appear (how Slytherin, hiding their abilities so as to fool everyone, including most of their House). The end of the chapter promsies some very interesting times on eht 'Home' timeline in the next one

  Despite an interest in the steam punk genre, I am finding the home reality story much more compelling. I have always liked stories with a "hidden faction" of magical beings...after all, if the wizards can hide from muggles, it shouldn't be too hard to hide from mainstream wizarding society either. Keep up the good work.
