It has been 3 day since I had little Jayden. Brendon and I are ajusting. We came home today and to my shock the boys cleaned the house.
"Wow how long did it take you guys to clean up" I asked
"A couple of hours" Jon said taking Jayden from my arms
"She looks like Brendon" Ryan said
"Daddy's little girl" Brendon said
"That she will be" I said taking her from Jon
"Rors do you want me to go get the playpen" Ryan asked
"That would be great" I said
I do have to say it was very entertaning watch 4 boys try to figure out how to set up a playpen.
"Look Jayden Daddy, Uncle Jon, Uncle Spencer and Uncle Ryan can't figure out how to put up your playpen" I said laughing they all looked my way
"Do you think you can do it" Ryan snapped
"Yeah" I said standing up I was still really sore from the c-section.
"Baby sit down you need to rest we will figure it out" Brendon said
"Are you sure" I said
"Yeah" They all said
About 20 minutes later they got it set up Brendon came and took a sleeping Jayden out of my arms and put her in the bassinet part of it.
"Ror why don't you go take a nap" Brendon said
"I am actully not tired right at this minute" I said
"Well we have to go to Spencers Grandmas and pratice" Jon said
"Go I'll be fine" I said laying down on the couch
Brendon kissed me and all the guys left. I must have fallen asleep on the couch but I got awoken to a very a loud knock on the door. Jayden started crying so I picked her up and walked to the door and opened it
"Are you Rory Micheals" The man asked
"Yes I am" I said holding Jayden close
"You have been served" The man said handing me papers and walking away. I went and put Jayden back her playpen and opened the paper.
I was in tears as I read them
This is a letter to supena you to court on May 17th 2003. Regaurding the custody of Jayden Urie.
I didn't even bother reading the rest. The court date was 2 days away. I ran to the phone and called Brendon.
"Hello" he said
"Home now" I said crying
"Rory is Jayden okay" He asked
"Home" I said between sobs
"I'll be right there"
I hung up the phone and slide to the floor. I was crying uncontrolablly. I could believe Brendons parents where trying to take away my daughter she was only 3 days old and they where already trying to prove I was a horrible parent. The boys came flying in the door. Brendon ran over to Jayden who was sleeping and Ryan ran over to me and picked me off the floor.
"Honey whats going on Jayden fine" Brendon said
"Here" I cried out shoving the piece of paper in his face.
He read it and ran out of the house and across the street. I saw him pound on the door and scream at his parents and come back across the street. He took me from Ryan and pulled me close to him.
"They won't get her to put her to give to those people I promise you that Rory" he said I could feel him shaking with anger.
Jon was reading the paper
"You do realize that the court date is in 2 days" he said
"Yeah" Brendon said
"I am going to get online and find any information I can" Spencer said walking to the den where the computer was.
"Ror I am going to go call your parents" Ryan said
"I am going to get something to eat for all of us" Jon said
I looked up at Brendon, he looked down out me I could see the anger in his eyes.
"Bren" I said
"Sweetie we won't lose her I promise you that" he said
Ryan came walking back in.
"Rors your parents are on the next flight out and one of your dads lawyer friends will be over in the morning." Ryan said
"Okay" I said
"They also said they have no grounds or right to be doing this" Ryan said
"They want me to be miserable" I said
"Brendons 17 and you will be 17 in a couple of months in some states thats old enough to get married" Ryan said
"I know but we wanted to wait until after Panic took off" I said
"I know" Ryan said hugging both of us
"It will all work out Rory I promise you that" Brendon said I could he calmed a little Jayden started crying.
"I got her" I said
"Babe its okay I have her" Brendon said getting up and going to the kitchen to get a bottle he came back picked her up and sat on the couch and feed her her bottle.
"Babe go take a nap you look like a mess we got her." Brendon said
"I think I will babe if she gets overly fussing try the bounce or the swing" I said
"I will and Rory I love you" Brendon said
"I love you too" I said heading up stairs. I walked pass Jons room and looked in it was painted Pink and it looked like a nursery.
"Did Jon move out" I yelled
"No he moved to the basement since hes a light sleeper" Ryan yelled
"Thank you I love it" I said
"Your welcome we all did it" Brendon said
I walked into our room and layed down I was asleep in a matter of seconds.
