The next two days went by very quickly with my parents flying in and meeting my little sister and brother who are now a year old and working with the lawyer.
I hadn't slept hardly at all that night I started down and looked at Jayden hoping and pray noone would take her away from me.
"Baby get some sleep" Brendon said
I started crying
"Bren we can't lose her" I said
He pulled me close, and rubbed my back
"We won't Rory we won't" He said
I looked at him and I could tell he was as sure about it as I was.
"Brendon Rory time to get up" I heard my mom yell.
"That was weird" I said
"Yeah come on baby" Brendon said
I hopped out of bed but I moved to fast and I kelled over in pain.
"It hurts" I screamed holding my stomach
"Rory" Brendon said running to my side
"Brendon what happened" My mom said as ahe walked into the room
"I don't know shes crying to hard" Brendon said picking me up and putting me on the bed He looked down and there was blood on my shorts where I had the C-section.
"Rory" Brendon said pulling my shorts down to look
"I'll go get some bandaids she can't miss today it will look bad we take her to he hospital after it looks like the top part opened aliitle" My mom said
"Bren it burns" I said
"Baby it will be okay I promise" Brendon.
Brendon and my mom bandaged me up and helped me get dress while Ryan feed Jayden and got her dressed. Brendon carried me down the stairs and went and got Jayden out Ryans arms.
"Is she okay she looks pale" Ryan asked
"She ripped her insicion open a little this morning and is in pain" Brendon said
"Here Brendon you take Jayden and I will get Rory out to the car" Ryan said
"I'll meet you guys there" my mom said
"Ryan thank you" I said as he carried me to the car
"Anything for my girl, and know nothing bad is going to happen" Ryan said
I looked and saw Brendon with his head in the car and we where a few feet back.
"I love you" I whispered in his ear
"I love you too" He whispered back
"Here Ryan I got her" Brendon said taking me from Ryan
"Will call you as soon as we know anything" I said
"Alright" Ryan said walking back into the house
"Baby you got to try to walk" Brendon said
He set me on the ground and I winced with pain but I slowly took towards the car it was only a few feet away but it felt like miles. I climbed in and we head to the court house. Neither of us spoke a single word there or walking in.

"Come on Bren" I said
We walked over to our lawyer and we saw Mrs.Urie talking to this couple
"are those the people she trying to give Jayden too" I said taking out of her car seat and holding her
"Yeah they are Rory" the lawyer said
"Mom" I said almost crying
"Rory calm down" my mom said Brendon put his arm around me
"I love you" He whispered in my ear
"I love you too" I whispered back
The baliff called us in when I saw the couple that Mrs. Urie was trying to give my daughter to in the courtroom. I almost flipped out but my dad and Brendon sat me down.
"All rise the honorable judge Mary Baxter" The baliff said
We all stood up I looked at the judge she was in her late 40's and had a kind face and simple features.
"So we are reguarding custody of Jayden Urie a 6 day old infant" Judge Baxter said
"Yes your honor" Both lawyers said
She looked through the papers.
"I am confused" Judge Baxter said
"Confused on what your honor" My laywer asked
"Why the Uries are trying to take there granddaughter away from thier son and his girlfriend" Judge Baxter said
"Its simple your Honor Rory Micheals is the tender age of 16 and there son Brendon is 17 there is no way children should be raising a child" The Uries lawyer said
"Rory" Judge Baxter said
"Yes your honor" I said standing up but holding my stomach
"Are you in high school or did you drop out" Judge Baxter asked
"I took my GED and I am now taking online college courses" I said
"Do you work"
"No your honor I don't my parents are helping out" I said
"Thank you Rory" She said
"Thank you your honor" I said sitting back down

"Yes your honor" Brendon said standing up
"Are you in school" she asked
"Yes your honor" Brendon said
"Do you work" she asked
"Not a this current time" He said

"Yes your honor" my mom said
"Do you think your daughter is able to take of Jayden and how long are you and your husband willing to support them" She asked
"Rory has already proven to me she is and will be a wonderful mother to Jayden, we already told Brendon and Rory we will support as long as need us too, we live in New York and have for 2 years now and Rory has prove to be a responible child she did slip up there for a while but that was because Mr and Mrs Urie tryed to tear Brendon and Rory apart" My mom said
"Thank you" She said
Jayden started crying and I grabbed a bottle out the diaper bag and a cloth and gave it to her. Judge Baxter watched me as I did this and smiled.
"Rory" Judge Baxter said
"Yes your honor" I said trying to stand up with Jayden.
"Go ahead and sit" she said
"Thank you" I said
"How are you ajusting to motherhood" She asked
"I love it Jayden is a great baby she only wakes up 3 times a night to eat and she brings me so much joy, I never knew you could love somebody you just meet so much" I said
"Mrs.Urie" Judge Baxter said
"Yes your honor" Mrs.Urie said
"Am I to understand you think they are not old enough to properly take of this baby and that you want custody to give her to a family who can't have kids" Judge Baxter asked
"Yes I don't know if you know but 10 months ago Rory was a raging drunk and tried to commit suicide, we think it would be in the best interset of the child to have a adults for parents not some teenagers. The Woodburns are wonderful people and deserve that child" Mrs.Urie said
"Alright I have heard enough I am going to go make a decision" Judge Baxter said
She left and we where all sitting there waiting I saw the people trying to look at my daughter. I gave the a glare and handed her to Brendon. The judge came back in.
"So I have made my decision" She said
As she said that I felt my heart drop I had a horrible feeling that I was going to lose Jayden I took her from Brendon and held her close.
"Now this wasn't a diffcult dicision to make actully this is one of the more redicolios case I heard, Rory Brendon you too are young and have alot to look forward to in life, I see the way you 2 look at each other let alone your daughter and Mr and Mrs. Urie I also understand where you stand you want your son and granddaughter to best life possible and the way I think to give Jayden that is by letting her parents raise her." Judge Baxter said
"We get to keep her" I said
"Yes Rory you get to keep your daughter, but I am requiring you and Brendon take parenting classes" Judge Baxter said
Brendon looked at me He had tears of joy pouring out of his eyes
"RORY MARRY ME" He blurted out
I stood there and looked at him. I handed Jayden to my mom and kissed him
"Is that a Yes" Brendon said I looked over his shoulder and saw his parents where mortified
"Of course thats a yes" I said kissing Brendon again.
