Chapter 35- The best part I believe is the 'lie'
~Patrick~
I felt Pete's warm kiss on my neck, waking me up. I glanced at the clock and saw that it was 1:00 in the morning.
“Are you just now getting to bed?” I asked sleepily.
He tucked my hair behind my ear. “Yeah, Ryan insisted that he told me every single detail of the trip, right down to the appetizers he had at each meal.”
I rolled over and put my arm around him. “Poor baby. Sounds like torture.”
“It was.” He said, rolling his eyes.
“Well, you're safe with me.” I said, kissing his closed eyelids.
He got back up so he could take off his shirt, pants, and underwear. He climbed back in bed and put his arm around me.
I raised my eyebrows. “Why did you take your boxers off?”
He sighed. “I don't know. I just did.”
“Okay, I don't mind.” I said, shrugging.
He snuggled up close to me and I could feel his dick right next to my thigh. I would have taken advantage of this opportunity, but I was too tired and Natasha and her friend were still awake. I did stroke it lightly, just so I could feel the warmth and softness of it.
Even though it was dark, I could still see him flash his bright teeth. “Are you sure you want to do that? I might not be able to stop.”
I was thankful that it was dark because I blushed. “Sorry, I just wanted to touch.”
Pete put his hand my cheek and grinned. “I figured you would be blushing.” Which made me blush even more. I hated how my cheeks reacted to the way I was feeling, and I couldn't do a thing about it.
“Stupid cheeks.” I muttered.
He leaned in and kissed each one. “I love your cheeks. It makes it easier to predict your mood, and trust me, I need all the help I can get.”
I chuckled and kissed his cheeks too. “And I love that your cheeks don't give away every emotion. That way, I have a challenge.”
“Well, I'm glad. But can we go to sleep now? I'm getting kinda sleepy.” He said, yawning at the end.
I rubbed his cheek with my thumb. “Fine with me. I should probably get some sleep too.”
I rolled over so that my back was facing Pete. He put his arm around me and I could feel his warm breath on my neck. I didn't take me long before I fell asleep, but before I did, I heard Pete whisper into my ear softly.
“I love you.”
The next morning, I woke up to see that Pete wasn't next to me. I stumbled out of bed, tripping over my shoes in the process.
I walked out to the hallway in nothing but my boxers. Just then, Pete walked out of Natasha's room, holding a basket full of her laundry. He was mumbling to himself, and it sounded like he was saying something like, “Cupid ditch” but I assumed that it was something else that rhymed with that.
Curiously, I walked into Natasha's room. She was sitting at her computer with Azure sitting next to her. They were looking at pictures of me.
I stood behind them watching.
“Wouldn't you rather see the real thing?”
Natasha screamed and her hand flew to her chest. She turned around and poked me in the chest.
“Don't scare me like that!”
I chuckled. “You only get scared when you're doing something that you don't want me to see.”
“Do not!” She protested.
“Yes, you do.”
She pouted. “Okay, I don't exactly want you to see me drooling over pictures of you. Makes me look so childish.”
I ruffled her hair, making her stick her tongue out at me. “Don't worry about it. But remember, anytime you want to look at me, all you have to do is come find me.”
She blushed. “Okay.”
I decided to change the subject. “Oh, and by the way, why was Pete carrying your dirty laundry?”
She relaxed. “Oh, that. Pete said that he wanted to help me out since I was pregnant. He insisted that he did my laundry and cook me and Azure breakfast. And he also offered to make her banana pudding.”
I raised my eyebrows, surprised at the generosity of Pete. “He really said that?”
Azure nodded. “Yes, and he also said that I could touch your butt.”
I shook my head. “Nice try.”
She pouted. “Darn.”
I looked around Natasha's room, seeing all of the posters of me plastering the walls.
“Well, that was very sweet of him. I'll have to make to fix lunch for him a little later so I can thank him. You know, for taking care of the mother of my second child.”
I slapped my forehead. “Oh! I haven't said good morning to Madison yet! I'll leave you guys alone now.”
Natasha and Azure waved. “Bye Patrick.”
I quickly said good bye and as I left, I felt someone grab my ass. I turned around to see Azure grinning and Natasha laughing.
I chuckled and exited her room.
I was sitting in the living room when my phone rang. I answered it after I pulled it out of my pocket.
“Hello?”
“Hi, Patrick, how are you?”
I swallowed. “Hey, Natasha, I'm fine. And you?”
“I'm great.” She said, warmly.
There was silence until she cleared her throat.
“Patrick, there's someone that I'd like you to meet. So could I maybe swing by your house today?”
“Uh, sure. What time?”
I nearly choked on the Coke I was drinking when she said, “Like in ten minutes?”
“Uh, yeah, come right over.”
“Okay, great! I'll see you soon.”
“Okay, bye.” I said, before quickly hanging up.
I rushed upstairs and ran towards the bathroom. When I got there, it was shut. I banged on it.
“Open up! I need to get ready real quick.”
“I'll be out in a few minutes.” Ryan's sing-song voice replied.
“No, you need to get out now.”
“Patrick, how am I supposed to have soft and luscious hair if you won't let me do my deep conditioning?”
I growled and ran to another bathroom. Luckily, it was open. I quickly put on deodorant, brushed my teeth, and fixed my hair.
After I got it the way I wanted it, I ran to my bedroom and threw on a nice pair of jeans and a green shirt. I pulled on a pair of Pete's shoes that went with it almost perfectly. When I went through my collection of hats and found the perfect hat. I hadn't worn it in a while and I wasn't sure why.
I put it on carefully and when I got it on, the door bell rang. I rushed downstairs to get it and opened the door. There Natasha stood, looking as beautiful as I remembered. Maybe even more. But there was a man next to her that I didn't recognize.
“Hi, Natasha.”
“Hi Patrick.” She said, hugging me briefly.
I invited them inside and they sat down on the love seat. I sat down on the couch by myself.
I tugged on my hat. “So, who's this guy? Your cousin?”
She shook her head, smiling. “No, this is Austin. He's my fiance.”
If I were a cartoon, my jaw would have dropped to the floor.
“Oh, really? Congratulations!” I said, trying to be enthusiastic.
“Thank you! He proposed to me last week. He took me on a candle lit dinner, then when we went on a romantic walk in the park, he asked the question.” Her smile became wider.
I felt the jealously boiling inside me and I clenched my fist.
“Well, I am very happy for you two.”
She took his hand and held it between hers.
“I'm glad you approve. I'll let you know when the wedding is so you can come. You can bring Pete and Madison. And of course the rest of the band and Panic.”
She kissed him, making sure to use tongue. I had a feeling that she knew that I was jealous.
“Well, sorry to bother you. We should be going now. We're about to go shopping for a new home.”
“It was nice meeting you. I like your music.” Austin said, nodding at me.
“Yeah, you too.” I mumbled.
They got up and I escorted them to the door.
She told Austin to go wait in the car.
“I'll be right there, okay?”
He kissed her lips and then was off to the car.
She hugged me then kissed my lips.
“Bye, Patrick. I've missed you so much.”
I held her, breathing in the scent of strawberries from her hair.
“Yeah, I missed you too. And I'll always love you.”
She looked up into my eyes, and I could tell that there was sorrow in them. I could tell that she didn't want to marry Austin that much, but I knew she didn't want to be single anymore.
“I love you too, Patrick. And I just want you to know something.” She looked into my eyes deeply. “I will always love you more than I love anyone else. If I had my choice, it would be us getting married. But since you chose Pete, I'll have to respect that it won't happen.”
I pulled her closer to me so that way she couldn't see my tears falling down my face.
She pulled away and she had tears streaking down her face as well.
“Bye Patrick.”
“Bye, Natasha.” I croaked.
I took one last look of her leaving me before I shut the door. I fell on my knees and cried.
Over the past week, I slowly started to get over what happened. I began to realize why I chose Pete over Natasha. He seemed to understand me better than she ever could. He also was more caring. Sometimes Natasha would say things as a joke that actually hurt me. Pete never made fun of the little lyrics I wrote like she did. He actually uses them in some of the songs.
Azure left yesterday, and finally, Pete and I could actually have some privacy. We were curled up on the couch on a late night. Natasha and the rest of the people that lived here already fell asleep.
We watched TV, or rather, Pete flipped through the channels trying to find something to watch.
“Ugh, there is nothing on TV!” Pete said, pressing the channel button over and over again.
I grabbed the remote from him. “Okay, I will click this one more time, and whatever is on, we're gonna watch it.”
I pressed the button and an old western came on.
“Okay, one more click.”
I pressed the button one more time and we channel E! news was on.
“There, I think we can live with that.”
For a few minutes, Ryan Seacrest talked about Britney Spears and her new hit.
Pete groaned. “God, will Britney ever retire?”
I shook my head. “I doubt it.”
The next thing Ryan talked about was what really got me and Pete's attention.
The TV blared. “Up next, Fall Out Boy band members, Pete Wentz and Patrick Stump's sex tape leaked on the Internet yesterday afternoon. More when we come back.”
I jumped up. “What the fuck?!” I roared.

Well, Patrick sounds pissed. I wonder who leaked the video on the internet? I know who it is, but do you? Probably not. :) So read to find out!
falloutbaby89 : Definite no on the Spencer. Ick. And as for Ethan and Evan.....not a big fan of names that start with E. Except for Evelyn, which is my middle name. :) But I'm pretty sure that I've made up my mind on what the baby is going to be and what the name is.
