Well, an interesting time for Harry with a nice visit with his parents followed by nice times and good news once he returns to the land of the living. Dealing with Tom's messes was the usual difficult mess, but they seem to have prevailed despite all his efforts. Now, 'twill be rather interesting to see what happens next; given her previous intimate association with Riddle, I don't know if Ginny should be that close to his clone.Author's response
Interesting times to come.
Au contraire, mon frer. Ginny and Tommy are two broken people, and when their respective halves are united they’ll be good for each other. IMHO.

I am not really sure what think the last part this chapter. Harry and his girls sure went to a lot of trouble rescue Tom's body when could easily collapsed or destroyed the cave from without. And then fucking Tom to wake him up... why? Why not just kill him in his sleep. Sure he's not quite as evil as the clone, but I am not exactly seeing a valid reason go out their way save him.
Then Ginny's obvoiusly mentaly fragile state offering him up even worse, and why should a guy who created the monster get a 'happily ever after'? Sure one say he didn't do the things Voldemort did, but he made the thing that did, against all rules and regulations. He should have to take responisblity for his actions.Author's response
Thank you for reading and reviewing.
It’s true that collapsing the roof onto Tommy’s sarcophagus would kill him, once the protective enchantments had been removed. And Tommy’s death would mean the death of Voldemort for good and all.
Just one small problem.
Tommy is not, and has never been Voldemort.
Tommy will be haunted by the things his creation did for the rest of his life. You see, unlike his clone, Tommy feels remorse.
In one version of my outline, I have Tommy putting himself in an untenable situation so that the Dork Lard will be killed along with him.
Let’s see what happens, shall we?

Interesting... your giving all the villians a chance at redemption through the clonin g method!
Well its not a bad idea but even Voldy butt?
Lets see where this leads! and whether Ginny Weasley has to do!

Thanx.
A common theme in my stories is forgiveness, seldom earned, but gotten by grace. I’ve done some pretty stupid things in my life – never malicious, but stupid and even destructive. If it weren’t for the understanding and, yes, redemption offered by my friends and family, I’d be in a right sorry state.
As far as what Ginny has to do?
Nothing that she’ll object to too strenuously. . .

Ha! Cool idea that Voldy isn't Voldy at all!
Would i be right in thinking Ginny is going to end up with nice, young Tom?
Love the Poppy twins.
Keep up the excellent job.Author's response
Thanx, just a few more chapters to go in this one.
Of course you saw it coming spoiler alert
Yep, Ginny, now free of her daemonic influencer, will be a good match for Tommy, who is nothing at all like his experiment gone terribly wrong.

I think the Tom found at that cave is the original article and might not be anywhere near as evil as some of the reviewers here think. Actually come to think of it, it is quite possible that the reason Voldemort is so evil is because he is a flawed homonculus.Author's response
Oui, oui, MonCappy ami.
Tommy Riddle isn’t evil at all.
You have the ability to imagine Harry Potter, who had an upbringing very similar to Tommy’s, brewing or charming or transfiguring something that incorporates all of his negativity, and then turns on him, trapping him for all time.
Nicely done.

Nice part and really enjoyed how Harry got to meet with his folks for a bit, (something denied him in canon for Albus' own manipulations) and sweet to see Nagini and Lily connecting, and will be looking forward to what happens with Gin and Tom.Author's response
Thanx,
I always wanted to let Harry get to know his folks, and the only way to do that is for him to die.
But then he got better. . .
More on Tommy and Ginny next week.

Actually, Tom Riddle IS evil, before he went to Hogwarts he started using his magic to control, steal things, basically terrorizing other kids that were in the orphanage with him for god's sake. He researched the Chamber of Secrets for 5 years before he realeased it...
tl:dr - Tom Riddle was one fucked up evil kid.
And molesting him to wake him up? What. The. Fuck?Author's response
Thanks for reading and reviewing. Oh and thanks for not using the kid gloves. I’ve always maintained that if I only wanted to see positive reviews then I’d host my own site and edit out the less than positive ones (like some “authors” I could name).
Opinions are like assholes, everyone has at least one and they usually stink.
Tom Riddle is Evil, OK, JKR obviously agrees with you, he’s an evil, evil child; we could have a whole series on whether children are capable of true malevolence or benevolence, or are the products of their environments.
Ever see a child do something spiteful or petty?
Did that make them evil?
Using that argument Harry should be a right bastard as well.
Except, he isn’t.
It’s all about choices, innit?
I choose a better path for Tommy.
I missed the part in canon where Riddle researched the Chamber for five years, but that doesn’t change the Sarcophagus Tommy in my story.
Oh, and while his body is fifteen, he’s actually been attending classes in his mind for about 55 years, so he’s actually closer to seventy years old.
Maybe he relives the same day over and over, like Bill Murray in Groundhog Day – and maybe he earns redemption the same way, Bill did.
I say give the kid a break.
Oh wait, it’s my story.
The kid gets a break.
You want to make Tommy evil?
Go ahead.
Just not going to happen in my story.

Hhmm, so I read my review again and it probably came out worse than it should have been.
I just read the reviews on this chapter and wrote my review. What I wrote was about Tom Riddle in general in HP Ffiction and actually had little to do with your story at all.
Still, I probably should have read the story more thoroughly first before reviewing...
Anyway, what I really want to know is why someone has to fuck Tom to wake him up, I probably missed something again or what? And 55 years of being trapped inside his own head has got to have a negative effect on his mind..
Author's response
Not at all, it’s refreshing to get a review that asks the question, WTF?
If nothing else, I’ve been successful at eliciting an emotional response from a reader, and that feels just right.
As far as why carnal knowledge to wake Tommy?
Blame the Brothers Grimm.
In the original sleeping princess story(ies), the handsome prince doesn’t “kiss” the sleeping princess, he shags her sleeping form rotten, in one version of “Snow White” the handsome prince kills on or two of the dwarves, probably Sleazy and Smutty.
Ew!
I’m sure he could have just found a 13th Century equivalent of a blow up doll. . .
So I just gender switched the roles of the sleeping princess.
As far as living inside his own head for 55 years, hey, anyone who’s lived that long has already done that.
B’sides, Tommy was in a familiar place, surrounded by familiar faces. Remember, Hogwarts was the place he loved best.
He’d found his “happy place,” and in the next chapter, he’ll be happier there still.
And a bit angsty.
