You should definitely expand on this.
When Harry says: "Is that it then?", that alone makes me curious about what he's going to do about the situation. I hope that this isn't just a one-shot, because I actually wanna see what you could do with this as an intro.No.

A very intereresting look into the mind of Harry Potter that actually comes very close to the canon character (pre-book 6&7 wussification). He really is a Gryffindor at heart - he won't bend and won't break. If the rest of the world doesn't like it... ah, he can't please them all.
Overall, I found this a very insightful and interesting story. I agree with Cateagle that you could take this further and write an alternate book 6 from the perspective of a 'no retreat, no surrender' take-charge Harry who won't simply let Dumbledore dictate the pace and proceedure. I also wonder how Harry being more focussed on the war and less on being 'normal' could change the subplots of HBP, especially countering Malfoy's plots and his relationships with Ron, Ginny and Hermione.
