Ooh, cool opening, and I love the way you mimicked the anime's format. I'm not really a big fan of writing-being-parallel universes but it all depends on how you handle it. Um, anyway, your writing is pretty good, except that the words dialogue should be not capitalized, like "...relevant?" questioned Dr. Kisugi, and rather than periods you should use commas. Besides that, everything looks perfect. ^^ A friend of mine is going to be shocked when I tell her about this, Boogiepop Phantom is a series she didn't expect any fanfic for.
