winter,
and we're warm inside.
you take the left, i take the right
and we listen to unfamiliar melodies.
you played me gogol bordello
and apples in sterio
and we tapped our feet along.

winter,
and we're warm inside.
it's lunchtime
and we laugh about the stupidest things.
it's so great to see you smile
at every word i form.

winter,
it's so cold outside
and we shiver,
but we bare the cold for one more minute
of eachothers company.
you have to go,
but i beg you to stay.
so you smile
and you move closer.
