That was awesome. I sometimes wonder what other House Percy could've been in. I'm sure he has a bravery of his own, just like Neville, but I don't think we've ever seen it. It makes me wonder. shoots at the rabid plot bunnies before they can sink their teeth into him Guitargurl started off with a good story, and you carried it to awesomeness. :)Author's response
Thanx Dar,
I'd love to collaborate with GuitarGurl on another story, anything to get her back on that horse!
As far as shooting random bunnies, I find it better to saddle em' up and see where the ride takes me! Of course my bunnies are usually large enough to throw a saddle on. . .

Norman:
SOB Ron. He accepted that he's dead and wants to stay that way. He's at peace and he wants Hermione to have peace too, especially since he knows she's in good hands with his best mate, Harry. He'll be free when Farkas dies, so he's happy to while away the time at his favorite pastime--chess.
Percy the Prat finally put his foot in it once and for all and it cost him...dearly. It never ceases to amaze me how there are people in this world who are not happy unless they're making someone else miserable or stirring up a ruckus. That's Percy.
I wondered if the elder Weasleys would step in and put a stop to this nonsense and I wasn't disappointed. Go Arthur!
You've made me cry with this chapter and I'm not just saying that. The tears started with Ron, then flowed some more at the graves at Shell Cottage and just kept flowing through the wedding scene. After all the hell in their lives, Harry and Hermione can finally finish healing and have peace once again.
Thanks so much to you and GuitarGurl for creating this story and bringing it home. Well done. I'm still blubbering.

Thank you, Sheila, for taking the time to read and then write such a comprehensive review.
While Ron is not my favorite character, and totally wrong for Hermione, I don’t see him as a bad guy. With that in mind, it was gratifying to give him a ‘hero’ moment.
As far as Percy the Prat goes, in my experience, hubris is its own punishment – besides it is fun to bring the unctuous down a peg or three, isn’t it?
Arthur strikes me as an easy going kind of guy, slow to anger, but if you do piss him off, stand back!
I’m glad you were moved by different scenes in the story; there is no better return for a writer than an emotional response.
Hopefully the next story will be as satisfying.
Wish me (us) luck!

Great finish to a story I found and then found again. I loved the way GuitarGirl started it and the way you picked up the ball and ran for the TD.(Ha had to add some football reference there). You did an awesome job of picking up a great story and continuing it to where the flow was seamless. I loved every chapter and think it was done masterfully, by both writers. The way you had the relationship go was perfect and your version of the characters were true to their original creation. I being a Harmony fan found this a great way to fix what JK broke. I too never thought Ron would be with Hermione and Ginny should have ended up with someone else, Neville or even Collin perhaps. I noticed you had Luna with Nev at the end of this what you no like Hannah? Sorry just had to give the cannon pairing I think would work a greenlight. I will say your stories I have read have been a blast to read and your sermon on the blithe we have been put upon by the curse of Romonie in cannon is very inlightening. Long live HARMONY! Again thank you for carrying to torch for a great fic and finishing what a brilliant writer started.Battered Hearts

How can a girl get offended by a boy calling after his dog? I just don't find any logical reason why we would get offended by such a thing.
