It's totally Patrick. It seems like something he would do, coming over to help babysit WHILE getting to spend time with Juliet.
Prediction: They will be cuddled up together watching a movie after Sammi is gone.
Sammi sounds exactly like my 4 year old twin cousins. I swear they are the freaking Energizer Bunny on speed.
