  It's 4am and I just woke up. On the off chance I checked and here it was!! And here I am, too excited to go back to bed before reading it! :D
  
  Brilliant!! I was there! I saw it, heard it and boy did I feel it!!
  Joanna's a clever woman!! I can just see Mrs Howell sitting back down wondering how on earth she got her to say all that, but it was so natural.
  
  So Alyssa taking the stand. I imagine she'll be nervous, but hopefully she'll surprise them. But lawyers can be tricky. I have all my fingers crossed!!
  
  Rays comment about country singers was hysterical!! :D
  
  This was SO worth the wait, but already I'm impatient for the next chapter!!

  I'm glad you liked it and felt like you were there.
  
  Joanna has a few tricks up her sleeve we'll just have to wait and see. I've already written a few hundred words for the next chapter, just trying to find the time. My mind is full of things I thought would make it more dramatic but in the end they aren't conducive to the story so after all that thought going with my original thoughts on it. Who knows maybe my fingers will have different ideas.
  
  Alyssa has a lot to be nervous about her past maybe catching up with her. Daryl Thomas is one of those tricky lawyers but we'll see how she'll hold up.
  
  Ray's comments was one of those things that I let my fingers do the typing on LOL!!

  Just got home, and have quite alot of homework to do, like a damn essay, but I saw you upated and I just couldn't wait!
  
  It felt so real, like I was there (:
  I could thank god for Joanna.
  
  Did Sarah Howell crack? Yes she did!
  I love the tension, they do not deserve a child, and isn't it obvious that she's a liar? I just loved the way Joanna got to her (:

  Yeah Joanna seems to be pretty good. Why has she never won a case against Daryl I'll never know. But I guess we'll find out.
  
  Yeah they obviously don't deserve Emily unfortunately the judge is only seeing bits and pieces.
  
  I've written some and hoping I can sit down a write more soon.
  
  More courtroom drama to come along with some out of court drama.

  OH NO, Alyssa has to take the stand? I thought they couldn't call a witness not on the witness list? Oh no, i'm worried about how this will go.
  
  Also, I love Gerard, but I want her and Bob to be together...hopefully something happens and works out where they stay that way.

  Yeah well you'll find out pretty soon in the chapter as to why she is being called and let's just say hindsight is 20/20. Yeah it might get pretty ugly as she has so much baggage.
  
  We'll just have to see about her and Bob. But why not Bob is damn perfect or is he?

  This story is set up perfectly! I love the setting, the story line, and the plot. I am excited, and very impatient as to see how the next chapter will begin. This reminds me of law and order...the part where Sarah lashes out...it seems like the perfect Law and Order scene. This is a great story! You are definately one of my favorite authors!

  Thanks so much for the compliments I really appreciate it. It seems like everything is going Bob's way at the moment but we'll have to wait and see if the judge allows Alyssa to testify it could be damaging but then again who knows.
