  Why has this no reviews yet??? You have my interest peaked =D Is there going to be more, or might this be it? I'll have to keep an eye out to find out =) It definitely is awesome so far, that's for sure.

  :D Thanks! I'm glad you like it so far! There will be more, yes, this is just chapter 1. They may still be small chapters though, I seem to have more stories going than I can reasonably handle, but handle them I will! I promise!

  Yes, it is a drug, it's an amphetamine and is used to keep people awake or wake them up. Anyway, there's a general waking up theme going on with it - hence his card.
  
  But, and you probably know this, both Dr Benzedrine and Mr Sandman are characters portrayed by Patrick and Pete in the America's Suitehearts video with character names taken from various lyrics from Folie a Deux (even though the particular lyric for Patrick's character is actually Mr Benzedrine, they show it as Doctor in the video, but it sounds better for the weird video anyway). All good fun!
  If you didn't know (tho you prob do), Andy is Donnie The World's Best Catcher and Joe is H Shoe Crab, The Luckiest Man Alive. Andy actually is the world's best catcher too - in the making of the video there's a scene where he is thrown a pair of drumsticks. he catches them in 'ready to play' position then poses for the camera all cool and stuff! Now, I'm just rambling!! LOL!

  About a cameo, I can't actually see an opportunity yet, but I rarely know what's happening more than a chapter or two in advance! Not ruling it out, but can't promise.
