Joe's POV

Yesterday, I spent the whole day with one of my friends getting the furniture from our old apartment to our new house. It was a lot of work, but we managed to finish before the sky got extremely dark. Anyway, I'm sitting down on one of the chairs in the dining room, drinking my coffee while watching the snow fall. It was barely snowing yesterday. It must have started snowing around midnight because the snow is getting deeper. Anyway, After my friend and I finish unpacking, We rearranged the stuff around. Then I got in my car while he got into the U-Haul. We dropped the U-Haul truck back at the place we got it from. He got into my car, I dropped him off at his house and drove back home. By the time I got home, I felt like going to straight to sleep. I didn't, I poured myself a drink instead. I looked around the house and was amazed how my friend and I could accomplish in one day. We did so much that day, with putting the furniture in the right places. After I dropped him off and came home, Cyrinda and I relaxed on the couch before we ended doing on "things" on the couch, if you know what I mean. I took another sip from my coffee and looked outside. I love the snow and how it brightens up the room.
"Morning" A soft voice spoke from behind.
"Hey babe good morning." I turned around. It was Cyrinda. She poured her self some coffee and sat on one of the chairs "It's nice outside huh?"
"Yeah, don't you just love the snow?"
"Yeah I love winter!"
"Me too" I paused "My mom wants to visit us tomorrow?"
"Why?"
"To celebrate Christmas with us. Please don't fight tomorrow."
"I'll try not to. She starts it though. She criticizes everything I do. I thought you were mad at her for calling me a whore?"
"I still am but come on, it's christmas"
She sighed "Okay fine."
"You guys should patch things up. I don't like this fighting."
"Neither do I, but I'm not the one who starts it!"
"I know you don't and-"
"Then tell her to stop"
"If she starts tomorrow, I'll tell her to stop... again" She better not start a fight tomorrow. I'm talking about my mom.
"Okay fine."
"Thank you babe I knew you'd understand!" I got up.
"Where are you going?"
"My mom's house. Wanna come?" I asked, secretly hoping she would say yes.
She glared at me "No."
"Suit yourself" I walked towards the bedroom. I heard her walking after me. She watched me go into the bathroom to shave. Well, I was about to shave.
"Are you going to shave that mustace off?"
"Maybe. Why?"
"Don't shave it off!"
"Why?"
"You look sexy with facial hair."
I laughed "Oh really?"
"Yeah!"
I put down the razor. She smiled at me.
"Come over here and give me a kiss." I held my arms out.
She walked to me and gave me a kiss.
"I'm gonna take a shower. Wanna join!"
"Yes!"
I turned around and turned on the water. This is going to be fun....
