  This is sounding more and more like a natural disaster story...
  The site has been shut down and now all these stories are without a home...
  
  What about the stories that have been written and forgotten years ago? Will they simply be deleted? Hours and hours of peoples hard efforts for self-expression (in the smuttiest way possible) will ceize to be. Not to mention the fact that how are people whom have been awaiting for specific stories to end for years will suddenly not know where to find them?
  
  This is a sad day for Fan Fiction.

  finfiction.net is bullshit yea they like allowing disgasting slash but banning nc-17 is bullshit. That's why I will never post my stories there it's waste the idiots there are disgasting allowing slash and no nc-17

  Well, that is a truth with exceptions.
  
  Fanfiction.net does accept mature stuff. But they do not accept NC-17 stuff.
  
  They used to do that years back, but as the site grew, they wanted a more clean immage, and banned NC-17 stuff. It seems more and more high profiled sites, are dropping NC-17 stuff.
  
  Allthough understandable, lets face it most of these stories are crap, it is a bit sad. Because amongst all those crappy stories there once in a while can be found a real gem of a story. It is possible to write erotic stories with an actual inteligent plot. But nowadays they seem harder than ever to find, because this kind of stories are banned from more and more sites that wants to be viewed as more professional an decent.
  
  FicWad is one of the last that caters to such stories, i think. I hope the site wil continue on.

  They dont actually allow Slash at ff.net. They just don't check the stories. People that before wrote their stories as NC-17 now write exactly the same, but give it a lower rating when they post them. For some reason the ones who write Slash seem to be the ones that do this the most. Go figure.
  
  Anyway FF.net should get off their asses and check the stories more. If they want to have a rule against NC-17 stuff, they should damned well oversee that the writers keep with the rules. Otherwise it becomes just plain stupid.
