Gerard's P.O.V

Ohgodohgodohgodohgod!!! I can't believe I just asked that. I mean yeah I planned to but still. Lydia's face betrayed no emotion and I couldn't help but begin to panic.
"Please say something" I whispered.
"Put me down" she said calmly. I gently set her down. My arms had been begining to hurt a bit.
"Why?" was all she said.
"Why what?" Well done Gerard, very intelligent.
"Why what?! Why did you ask to marry me??? I'm not gonna marry you just caue it 'the right thing to do'...If I ever do get married it'll be because I love that person" Her eyes filled up and I pulled her to my chest in a big hug, careful not to hug her too tight.
"So...you don't love me then?" I dreaded her answer I really did but I had to know the truth either way.
"I-I honestly don't know" I heard her begin to cry properly and I felt her tears begin to soak my shirt. I softly shhh'd her, gently rubbing her lower back. It always made me feel better when I was a kid.
"I'm so sorry" she sniffled.
"Don't worry about it" I whispered, even though I could literally feel my heart shatter. I truly did love her.


Its keeps going very serious. Lol. But I like it...don't know about you guys...
And I know it tiny. But I wanted to up-date again. Let me know what you think.
