It was just dark when Emily, Gerard and Zach got home, Zach was fast asleep with a full belly as Gerard carried him to his room, and Emily headed to their room straight away

“Emily are you in here?” asked Gerard when he entered the room

“In the shower” she replied as she finished rinsing her hair, Gerard walked in which made Emily cover herself as much as she could

“Modesty much” he teased, Emily stiffened as Gerard stripped off his clothes and joined Emily in the shower

“Why are you doing this?” she asked, Gerard smiled

“We are getting married, should there be any other reason?” he asked, Emily sighed

“You do realised that I don’t like you still” she said as she moved away from him and opened the shower door, Gerard shrugged but looked at her body as she dried herself off

“You look amazing Emily” he said, Emily looked up and covered herself with her towel

“My body has changed so much since Zach’s arrival, but thank you Gerard” replied Emily as she put a shirt on and some baggy sweat pants, Emily looked at Gerard one last time as she left the bathroom.

Gerard smiled as he watched Emily sort out her clothes in the wardrobe

“You always had too many clothes” he said which made her jump, Emily turned around

“I know, but it gives me choices” she replied as she hung up a winters coat

“I was thinking about setting our wedding date” he said, Emily nodded as she got to her feet and walked out

“When?” she asked, Gerard shrugged

“I was thinking the sooner the better” he said, Emily took a deep breath

“We should just go to a marriage celebrant and have a small wedding” he said, Emily nodded

“Fine” she replied as she walked to the bed and slid under the covers, Gerard looked at her

“What’s wrong with that?” he asked, Emily shook her head

“Nothing” she replied, Gerard rolled his eyes as he climbed into bed

“Goodnight Gerard” she said as Emily turned to her side to see Gerard, He looked up and smiled as he pulled her closer

“Sweet dreams” he said softly as he kissed her, Emily felt Gerard groan as his tongue slowly played with hers, Emily grabbed his back as he pulled her even closer

“I want you so much” he whispered against her lips, Emily looked at him and nodded as Gerard pulled off her shirt

“I wish I was there to see you all swollen with our child” he said as Gerard admired her body, Emily let out a moan as Gerard licked her nipples making them hard and ready, Emily slowly pulled off Gerard’s shirt as Gerard slipped her pants down and pulled them off

“A scar?” he said as he touched her stomach, Emily took a deep breath and nodded

“Your son was stubborn and wouldn’t come out on time” she said, Gerard gave a husky laugh as he stroked her thighs

“I am not the only one who is stubborn” he said as Emily moaned in ecstasy

Gerard slowly kissed her lips as he entered her, feeling her warmth as he let out a satisfied moan

“You feel so good” he said as he grunted, Emily moaned his name as he pushed her higher and higher until she could no longer tell what day it was, Gerard reaching her as they both climaxed together, Gerard crashed down on Emily as they both regained their breath

“That was” said Emily between breaths

“Amazing” he said softly as he kissed her swollen lips, Gerard rolled over and pulled Emily so her head was laying on his shoulder

“Goodnight Emily, sweet dreams” he said, Emily smiled

“Goodnight Gee” she replied as Emily closed her eyes and fell asleep straight away.

Emily woke early, she glanced at the window and saw the sun slowly coming up, she then heard Gerard groan

“Go back to sleep, it’s too early” he said, Emily looked at him, Gerard opened his eyes

“I got to get ready for work” she said quietly, Gerard nodded as he rolled over to where she was

“At reprise?” he asked huskily

“Yes, I have to be there by eight” she said, Gerard gently touched her hair

“I am going to go back to sleep” he said, Emily giggled and nodded as Gerard pulled her close to
him and sleepily kissed her softly and then dropped to the pillow and fell asleep.

Emily found some work clothes in a box and quickly got dressed as she walked into Zach’s room, she slowly smiled as Zach opened his eyes when she approached him

“Time for work” she said as Emily bathed and dressed Zach as quickly as she could, but with a two year old, it make her work harder, Zach smiled as Emily put some toast in front of him, she poured herself some coffee as Gerard appeared

“Where is Zach going?” he asked as he made a cup of coffee, Emily looked up and yawned

“Zach goes to day care while I am at work, he has been going there since he was six months” she replied, Gerard nodded and sat down next to her

“Thought you were going back to sleep” she said, Gerard shrugged

“I couldn’t sleep well, then I smelt your coffee and thought I would get some” he replied, Emily laughed, Zach looked up and smiled

“Ready to go to play group?” she asked him, Zach shook his head as he reached for Gerard, Gerard smiled and took his son from the high chair, Emily cleaned up the dishes

“Time to go” she said as she checked her watch, Zach giggled as Gerard gave him a kiss good bye, Emily picked Zach up

“I will see you later” she replied, Gerard nodded as he stood up and gently kissed her lips

“Have a good day” he said, Emily nodded as she picked up her car keys and Zach’s lunch bag

“Bye Gee” she said as she left.


Emily entered her boss’s office with a smile

“Good morning” she said, Ben looked up

“Have a good weekend?” he asked, Emily nodded as Ben handed her a file

“I need you to call this band and get them to come in, their manager is meeting them here to
sign the contract” he said, Emily looked at the file and nodded

“Your engaged?” he asked, Emily flinched

“Yes, this weekend, Zach’s father asked me and I said yes” she replied, Ben took her hand and admired it

“Beautiful ring must have costed a fortune” he said, Emily blushed

“Thank you” she replied as she walked to her desk, she opened the file and laughed as she dialled the number

“Hey Frank, Ben would like to see you guys today to sign the contract” she said as he picked up

“We will be there at eleven” he said, Emily nodded

“Thanks Frank, see you guys soon” she said and hung up, Emily walked past Ben’s office and told him what time as she made her way to the printers and collected the contracts.

At eleven, Gerard walked through the doors, he saw Emily typing as he walked over to the desk

“Hi beautiful” he said which made Emily jump

“Hey Gerard, the meeting is in that room over there” she said and pointed to the door, he smiled as he walked around the cubicle

“How is your day so far?” he asked, Emily smiled

“So far so good” she replied, Gerard smiled more as he lent in and gently brushed her lips with his and pulled away

“I will talk to you when the meeting is finished” he said, Emily smiled and nodded as Gerard walked into the room.

Ben opened the doors a few hours later and waved at Emily

“Can you come in here for a moment please?” he asked, Emily turned white as she nodded and stood up, her legs felt like weighted down as she finally managed to get to the door, Ben asked her to sit down as she looked around the room, Gerard smiled when she saw his face

“The guys have requested that you will join them on tour, I know this may be hard with young Zach but the guys had agreed to let him come with you” he said, Emily looked confused

“What will I be doing while I am on tour?” she asked, Ben smiled

“Helping out with merchandising and making sure the tour flows well” he replied, Ben looked around

“My chemical romance will be recording in the next month and then it’s a four month tour which will get you all back before Christmas” he said, Emily nodded

“I will have to think about this” she said, Ben smiled

“Yes you do, go home talk to your fiancée and then make your decision” he said, Emily smiled
Ben looked at everyone

“Well that’s everything, so if you have any questions please ask us, Emily is very good at what she does, I am sure you will all be happy here at Reprise records” he said, Emily stood up with everyone

“Thank you for your help today Emily, You can leave early have some time with your son” said Ben as they walked out, Emily smiled

“Thanks Ben, see you on Wednesday” she said, Ben hugged her

“Congratulations again, he is a very lucky man” he said, Emily smiled as she grabbed her things and walked to the lift, Gerard was waiting for her at the doors

“Busy day?” he said, Emily nodded as they walked in

“Ben seems very intimate with you” he snapped as the doors closed, Emily froze

“He is my boss Gerard” she snapped back

“Nothing has ever happened” Gerard grunted

“I don’t like when men are so close to you” he replied, Emily shook her head

“You need to build a bridge and get over yourself” she said as the doors opened, Mikey was standing with Zach as she walked to the front end of the building

“Sorry Emily but when Zach saw Mikey he ran to him” she said, Emily smiled

“It’s okay, that’s his uncle” she replied as Zach turned around

“Mummmy” he screamed with excitement, Emily giggled as she dropped to her knees and caught her son in his arms, pulling him up as she stood, Zach saw Gerard and climbed over to him, hugging Gerard tightly

“Time to go home” said Frank as he pulled out a bag of skittles; Emily laughed more as Frank took a big mouthful

“See you all tonight” said Gerard as they walked over to Emily’s car, Emily looked at him

“What’s going on tonight?” she asked, Gerard looked at her

“Dinner our place, don’t worry I have organised a chef to come and cook for us” he said as Gerard put Zach in his car seat, Emily slid into the car and started the engine




This is going to be interesting she thought as they drove home.
