Very poignant and moving. It reads more, though, as a teaser than as a complete story and there's lots of background and back history that needs filling in. Of course, there's also more going forward as we see what her actions, and the results thereof, cost her and what she does in response. Methinks they may have created more problems than they realize.Till Death Do Us Part

More over-the-top dramatic than I'd write, but that's fine.
This got rated down for being a Mary Sue, which seems unfair at this point. It's just at its beginning, so far as I can tell, we don't know anything about the main character, and the (maybe, I'm guessing) supposedly Mary-Sueish name was one that Voldemort made up. If the message is that only Voldemort would name a kid something like that, I hardly think that fits into the traditional Mary Sue mold.
