  Car crash! I don't think I would be able to handle Cancer in this story.
  
  I have absolutely no idea who the little girl could have been, maybe like a subconcious reflection or ghost of somesort?? I don't know, but I might soon if you keep writing!

  OH MY GOD. Frankie moved his finger. HIS finger. That made me so freakin happy :')
  Oh and that little girl? Oh it was obvious, Gerard was seeing her cuz he was on something.
  Lol no but, like maybe there was something in his pizza that he ate before, I dont know im just guessing x)

  I am so in the dark here with what's gonna happen. Uh oh. But on the bright side, Frankie moved his lil' finger! He's really making some progress. That's more than I can say for Gerard though. =[
  The little girl freaked me out, and I was trying to decide what part of Gerard's imagination she is from. Or if she even is just a figment of the imagination at all... 0_0
  Oh I dunno.
  I vote for car crash, even though the two options you gave us were pretty scary. Why couldn't you have given us the choice of chocolate chip cookies or ice cream cake? =o

  Maybe the little girl is Linsey's baby from the future or something like that
  btw I'm guessing car crash/cancer is how someone is gonna die (I know thats obvious but I'm slow so thats a breakthrough for me lolz)
  ohhh and the last chapter can be them all doing the macerena including Frank (sorry my mind is wandering)

  The girl is a hallucination, due to something that drugged him?? Maybe something in his food or drink or something?? I dunno. It's the only thing I can think of. And don't let Gerard die!!! Or Frankie!! Or anyone else worth anything. Gosh. :P

  M'kay, I shall. I actually wanted this story to revolve around Frankie. I didn't even plan on having Gerard's life outside of school. It just sorry of happened.
  And yes, cancer is horrible, my grandpa had it. That was the most awful thing ever.
  Anyway I'll update (hopefully) a couple times during my four day weekend.
