Frank's Pov.
We were by side stage and I still felt like shit, i had been passed out the whole time until i had to come out here in the heat. I sighed leaning agianst the speaker trying to stay out of the sun as much as i could. I looked around and the crowd seemed to be getting bigger.
as soon as everyone was on stage we went on and did our thing. The whole time i was performing i was just thinking about my girls and it made me smile like crazy, I couldnt wait to get off stage and be able to call my wife and hear her voice. When we were done I practically ran off stage and headed to the bus to get my cell phone.
"off to call the little missus" Ray yelled out as i passed him.
"yep" I yelled back as i got on the bus heading to my bunk. I saw my phone flashing and i picked up noticing i had alot of missed calls from Elly. I was about to call her when a picture message came in, it was beths cell number and I took a deep breath as I clicked it open. I stepped back a little when I saw what it was, it was a picture of Elly and Sabbie standing by the cafe she loved going to. I looked down at the bottom and read what it said.
"dont you love the way she looks when shes scared i do it turns me on" i ran off the bus looking around for Gerard and Mikey but i couldnt find them anywhere, i dialed Elly's phone number and it rang a couple of times and she answered.
"love are you okay"
"ya are you okay" she asked and i could tell she was crying.
"ya love im okay, were are you and sabbie at"
"at the house is alicia is here with us, Frankie i tried calling you all day, I got some messages from Beth and berts phones of you" I closed my eyes taking a deep breath.
"i got one to, love i need you to stay at the house okay ask alicia to stay with you until we get home"
"she is staying here with me and sabbie tonight, Frankie im scared he was in your room" she whispered.
"he..wait how do you know"
"he sent me a picture of you sleeping in your hotel room and he told how easy it would have been to slit your throat" she cried as I sat down on the steps on the bus running my hands thru my hair.
"how the fuck did i not notice that, shit i have to find that fucker and get rid of him" I whispered.
"babe please promise me you stay with someone tonight okay"
"I promise you love and I keed you to make sure the alarm for the house and yard are on and lock all the doors
"i will babe I promise"
"Ill be home tomorrow morning around 11, i love you so much"
"I love you to babe" she said and I hung up sighing as i got up and walked around the venue looking for gerard and Mikey. when i finally found them I told everything that had happened and Gerard took off to the bus and rounded everybody up and we took off.
"I dont understand why he just cant let this go and just disappear from our lives, I mean he got away with what he did to elly, he should feel lucky i didnt find him and kill him" I said leaning back against the seat.
"I dont know but he better start getting a clue about coming back agian to hurt my sister, if knows whats good for him he better just leave before i find him because i will have no mercy on him" Gerard replied.
"you know we need to take all this stuff hes been sending from the phones and just give cops the evidence they want" Mikey said.
"the cops arent going to do shit Mikes, just like last time she was the evidence and he walked what good are the cops to us huh" Gerard yelled.
"calm the fuck down gee, we have to we have stuff hes been sending okay but believe me as soon as the cops drag him out of wherever hes been hiding were gonna go at him hard" Mikey smirked and I nodded looking over at Gerard as he nodded to.
Elly's Pov.
I did everything Frankie asked me to do, and Me and Alicia stayed upstairs with sabbie the whole night. when the sun finally did come up I got early and let Alicia sleep and i went downstairs to wait for Frankie to come home. When I heard the bus I got up and I ran outside and I saw the bus pulling up the driveway. I waited anxiously until I saw the doors open and I saw Frankie walk off. As soon as i saw his face i took off running towards him and I jumped into his arms hugging him tightly crying.
"shhh love its okay im home" he whispered.
"I thought he had hurt you" I said.
"no thats never gonna happen not to me not to you" he said as he lifted his head and looked into my eyes.
"i just want him to go away"
"He is gonna go away, come on lets all go inside so we can talk about this" he said grabbing my hand as we walked inside sitting in the kitchen.
"Alicia still sleeping" Mikey asked.
"ya shes upstairs in my room just let her sleep she was up with me half the night"
"okay sis"
"so we decided that were gonna go to the cops again, were gonna talk to the same detective and were gonna give him all the pics hes been sending. and because the pictures came from his phone"
"Frankie he sent the pictures from beths phone" I said looking up at everyone.
"what..shit that means he killed beth to" Gerard got up.
"how else would he have gotten her phone"
"were calling the detective right now" Gerard took out his phone making the phone call.
'okay detective myers and detective benson said they came be here as soon as possible becaue they had something they needed to talk to us about" Gerard said.
"to us, after all this time" I asked.
"thats what he said"
we waited around for the detectives and they took forever, by the time they came Alicia had gone home to rest and sabbie was wide awake of course in daddys arms.
"okay so we wanted to show all the pictures and text messages we have been recieveing from Bert's phone"
"how recent are these texts" detective Benson asked.
"they just started again recentley" i said grabbing Frankies hand.
"well there is no way the messages are being sent by Mr. Bert MaCraken"
"oh here we go again we have proof now because oviously my sister being almost killed wasnt enough to lock this fucker up, but hes not getting away with it this time."
"really Mr. Way is there something you need to tell us, have you been threating Mr. MaCraken" the dective got up asking Gerard.
"wait what me making threats what is going on how did he become the fucking victim" Gerard yelled throwing his hands in the air.
"Mr. Way we need you to calm down" Detective Myers replied.
"Im calm okay just let us know how he became the the victim"
"well for startes we just found the remains of Bert MaCraken a few days ago" I literally almost fainted when he said that.
"but how can that be hes been sending us messages" i asked getting up.
"we got tipped off by the neighbors and there was no phone found with his remains so now we have a new invistigation and were questioning everybody in connection with him. "
"so what does that make us all suspects or something" Mikey asked.
"Im afraid So Mr Way" Dectective Benson replied.
