This is sadly stereotypical Dumbledore bashing with no logic. Harry points out the lack of logic on Dumbledore, but the author can't see the lack of logic in the basic plot development, already pointed out in a number of reviews. But the notion, so common in fandom, that Dumbledore would simply ignore all the available evidence and see Harry as simply exaggerating is ludicrous.
