1 reviewGerard wakes up in a strange, brightly lit room. He's scared. Where is he? What's going on!?
1Exciting
(Gerard's POV)
I awoke in a large, brightly lit corridor with a crowd of people fussing around me. "W-what's going on?" i whined, squinting at the lights. "HE'S UP!" i heard somebody shout, "Thank god!" another replied. I could feel hands tugging at my clothes, trying to shake me back to consciousness. I was scared, i didn't have a clue where i was. I didn't like this.
"Get out of the way!" i heard somebody shout, "Guy's MOVE! Stand back, now!" I recognised the voice immediatley, Pete. Everybody moved away as my eyes came back into focus to see Pete kneeling down infront of me with a worried expression sewn to his beautiful face. "Gerard!" he screamed, "Are you okay? Oh god are you hurting!?". My head was pounding and pain was shooting through my limbs, but seeing Pete made me feel a whole lot better. I was laying down on some sort of sofa, i say up a little too quickly, sending me dizzy.
"I'm a little dizzy..." i mumbled,
"Get him some water!" Pete shouted, "Now!". He placed his hand onto the side of my face and stared into my eyes. "Gee, i saw everything! I refused to play untill they got you here safely, then i couldn't play. The guy's are on stage now, i got the backup bassist to fill in for me, i couldn't leave you alone!" he rambled on to me about what had happened.
"Where am I?" i asked him,
"Backstage..." he told me. I smiled, i'd never been backstage at a concert before. Even though i'd just been punched in the face and trampled it was still kind of a special experience, and the fact Pete had stopped playing just for me only made it a whole lot more special.
"Oh Pete..." i groaned, "I'm so, so sorry for ruining your first signed gig, i didn't mean to..."
"No Gerard!" he interrupted, "Don't you dare be sorry! You're perfect you know that, i don't care about that, as long as you're fine!" I could tell Pete was extreemly shaken up about the whole thing, and honestly i would be exactly the same if i'd seen that happen to him.
"Thankyou Pete," i smiled, Pete hugged me gently, making sure he didn't hurt any of my injuries.
Oh god, i didn't even want to know what i looked like right now. Either way though, Pete was still staring at me longingly. I felt so complimented that he even cared at all. A shortm blonde haired woman rished over to me, almost shoving a cup of water on my face. I gulped it enthusiastically, hoping it would help me to feel maybe a little better. "Gerard, we're taking you to hospital, okay?" Pete told me.
"No!" i shouted, "I'll be fine, see..." i tried to stand up, but pain ricketed through my right leg and i collapsed back onto the sofa. About five people ran immediatley to my aid, although teh only one i actually needed and wanted there was Pete.
"We're taknig you Gee!" he told me, "That's final." I whined as everybody tried to lift me up, fussing over me, hands holding me steady in all directions. I began to feel drowsy again, Pete could see me passing out. "Sleep Gee," he smiled at me, "Just sleep, everything's going to be okay, i promise." I nodded as much as i possibly could. "Trust me..." i heard Pete say faintly as i was loaded into what must have been an ambulance. I passed out.
