  I have a couple of ideas for some chapters, you can use them if you want to ya dont havta ;).
  
  -Lemonboarding (simliar to waterboarding but you use lemonade or lemonjuice instead of water and it burns like hell its 10x worse)
  
  -Waterboarding
  
  -Waxing (I know woman do this alot but men usually don't and it would be a new level of pain for them, also if its in sensitive areas it really hurts)
