Chapter 2. Strange
Mikey's POW.
I arrived at school just before the bell rang. As I quickly found a seat next to my best friend Ray Toro, I started to wonder whether or not Gerard would come to school today. Ray must have noticed that I wasn't in a chatty mood, because he didn't say a single word to me in the whole class. I felt bad about ignoring Ray, but I just didn't wanna talk with anyone.
Luckily it was a one of those days where we had our first class right before lunch, so we had a long break now. I quietly walked outside headed for the big tree were me and my friends always spend lunch break. As I came closer I saw 4 people sitting under the three... Guess Gerard came after all.
"HEI MIKES! GUESS WHO I FOUND WALKING ALONE TO SCHOOL?" Frank screamed as he ran towards me.
Frank Iero, the always hyper kid, started running around me in circles.
"I don't know frank. Who?" I looked at the other 3.
Ray looked at my brother with a worried look in his eyes. I followed his gaze over to my brother, but looked away when he met my gaze. Then I looked at Bob. Bob Bryar who never showed any feelings
was also looking at my brother with a worried expression.
"GEE!" Frank screamed and jumped on my back. Luckily frank is kind of short, only 5'4, and he's not that heavy. But he was still heavy enough to make me fall. I landed on my stomach with frank on top.
"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT ABOUT, IERO?! Are you trying to fucking killing me?!" I shouted at Frank while kicking him off me. Everyone looking at me with surprise. It's not a normal thing for me to get this mad and yell at people, especially not one of my best friends. Then Ray broke the silence.
"What's going on, Mikey? You have been acting strange all day." Now the worried gaze was no longer pointed at my brother, but at me.
"Nothing. Just felling a bit emo at the moment." I could se that they didn't believedme, when I said that nothing was going on.
"Well, of course you are felling emo! You straighten your hair and wear eyeliner! SOOO EMMMOOO!" Frank screamed in hysterical laughter. Everyone started laughing except Gerard.
"Mom's making me see a shrink." Gerard said. The laughter stopped and everyone looked at Gee.
"What? Why?" Bob asked. I stared at my big brother. If mom is making him see a shrink something's got to be seriously wrong. My parents don't know about Gerard's drinking -or drug- problem. Actually last night was first time he got drunk in front of them. Sure he has coming home drunk, but that they didn't mind.
"I don't know. She told me this morning." I looked at him in disbelief.
"Maybe it's because you are a fucking drug addicted, alcoholic cutter!?" I said.
"I. AM. NOT. AN. DRUG. ADDICT!" Gee spat out. "But you are an alcoholic cutter" I simply replied.
Then the bell rang and we separated. Me and Ray going to math, and Frank, Bob and Gerard going to English.
Authors note: This chapter is short 'cuz ficwad wouldn't post the entire chapter so I posted it as two small' chapters :D R&R and u get a cookie:D
