That morning I finally found out that no one, and I mean NO ONE , I knew was in my tutorial class, considering I’d missed it wandering around aimlessly the day before. Once I realised I’d have to wait an entire half hour before someone would be around to entertain me, I sank down in the furthest corner and buried my head in the crook of my arm.

“...Yeah so I told her that I have trouble trusting girls and all this shit. Dude, she practically begged to have sex with me.” Urghh. I know that arrogant, narcissistic voice. Sounds like my favourite twat. Oh no, I own my favourite twat. Ha, vagina jokes in the morning. I felt him walking closer to me, his conversation stopping and the chair next to me squeaked as it dragged across the floor... shoot me now. “So, babe... saw you hanging out with those freaks. What’s that about?”

I lifted my head up and stared at him, unable to believe that one person could be such an insensitive idiot. Gotta admit though, I can see why he’s popular. He’s fucking good looking; black(I know!) sweeping hair, pale, vampiric looking skin and piercing hazel eyes. Speaking of eyes, I rolled my own at his question and watching as he smirked back at me.

“It’s a perfectly legit question.”

“Did not you get that I don’t like you?” He chuckled again, that stupid smirk still plastered on his face, although there was a slight wobble of confusion straight after my statement.

“You know, I always get what I want. And I want you.” I raised my eyebrow at him as he scooted forward a few seats to hang out with his friends. I’m pretty sure that he was talking about me, considering the amount of times he and his ‘guys’ kept looking round at me and the over-exaggerated way he moved his arms and laughed loudly. I sank my head back down, praying for the bell and practically killing a few people in my scramble to get out the door and get to Frankie... Er Maths.

“Rayyyyyyyyy!” I threw myself on the back of the ‘fro that I knew so well in the middle of the crowded hallway, hearing him grunt at the sheer force I created. He stopped and turned round as I dropped down and grinned at him as he wrapped his arm round my shoulders and walked me to my class, picking up Frank on the way who put his arm around my waist, creating a weird three headed, lopsided person walking down the cold stretch of school.

We shook off Ray half way to class and slowed down slight, ambling along the floor and chatting, his arm still holding my waist. We’d had a couple of strange looks on the way... Well more like Frank had gotten some weird looks, as though it was unfathomable that he would know a girl. On second thoughts, it probably was pretty odd ‘cause I doubt he’d even talked to a girl ‘til I got here. Every time I caught someone staring, I’d just grin at them until they felt uncomfortable and looked away.

“Lil,” He whispered in my ear, “Gerard Way is staring at you.” I looked over at where his eyes were fixed, to find that I was being watched by green piercing eyes. Way was stood with his friends, slightly on his own, literally just staring at me.

“Ooh, creepy. “ I tore myself away from his gaze, “Frank... can we move a wee bit quicker. It’s freaking me out a bit.” He chuckled and dragged me along as fast as his little legs could carry him.

“You know, he’s not gonna give up.”

“Huh?” I turned to look at him, waiting for him to turn his head but he kept staring straight ahead, an odd look plastered on his features.

“I’ve never seen him act so... well freakin’ weird to be honest. And no girl has ever stood up to him either. So pretty much you’re either gonna have to kill him or go out with him.” He finally looked at me, a slightly evil grin on his face.

“So... where can I bury him then?” He burst into laughter, practically carrying me into Maths as we were both doubled up. After several glares from the teachers and a couple of insulting mutters from some students, we managed to stifle our giggles, me having to practically shove my fist in Frankie’s mouth to get him to shut up.

We spent the rest of the class, and the day making little comments, even getting the others involved to the extent where, every time Ray saw Gerard, he would mime beating him to death, Bob would make a wrestling pose and Frank would basically collapse on me in fits of laughter. Mikey was acting slightly weird all day, separating himself from the joking and just giving a small chuckle and smile whenever the subject would come up. A couple of times I’d tried to ask Frank about it, but every time he’d either brush off the question or just grin at me.

“He’ll tell you about it sometime.” Is all he would say. It was really starting to piss me off so I dropped it, pretty much forgetting about it when Bob starting carrying me from class to class. “Just for shits and giggles” apparently. Not that I minded. Gotta love a hot, muscular blonde delivering you to class, and the jealous stares you get from girls. Obviously none of them had noticed the lovely drummer boy before he had a girl friend. I must say, I’m moving these boys up in the world.

All day I kept catching Way in the hallway, on the way to class, in class, and he was nearly always staring me and watching me, pretty much following me with his eyes. It was like I could feel the plotting mechanics clicking in his brain, and I swear that he and his friends were talking about me constantly ‘cause every time I wandered near them, they stopped talking.

“Rayyy, why do I feel like I’m in some sort of bad mafia film?” I whined at him as we walked past them and they went silent again. I pouted at him and he flung his arm round my shoulder, pulling me towards him and chuckling.

“I dunno, but he just gave me a proper death glare.”

“What?! Why the hell for?”

“I’m guessing it’s the whole touching you thing. Only slightly jealous don’t ya think?” I giggled and rolled my eyes.

“Ooh, I wanna try something!” I squealed, obviously secretly loving the idea that he was jealous, despite the fact that I hate him. I stopped Ray in the middle of the hallway, thankful that most of the students had left already and we were just waiting around for ‘the guys’, throwing my arms around him. “Lift me up, Rayyy!”

He finally caught on to my thinking train and picked me up, waiting so I could wrap my legs round him in a massive hug. I know what you’re thinking. Weird right? Considering I’d only known him for about a day, but trust me these guys make you feel like you’ve known them for years. Not weird at all, so ha! Once he’d finally put me back down, I giggled and kissed him loudly on the cheek.

“Good plan. He’s definitely kissing... um looking... okay staring at us... you. Oh no, sorry, he’s staring at me. Pretty evilly actually. I should probably let go now.” I was giggling as he grinned at me as the guys came round the corner, Frank running at me and flinging himself onto me, as Bob hugged us both. When they’d finally let go, I turned around and cuddled into Mikey, pressing both my arms around him as we all started moving out the building, all of them insisting that they walk me back home.

As we reached my door and I’d hugged everyone else, promising that I’d see them bright and early in the morning for the walk, Frankie latched himself on to my arm and walked with me to the door, dragging himself and I through it. Apparently he’s staying at my house. Again.

“Why do I feel like you live here, Frankie?” He smiled up at me, his eyes wide open like a small child.

“Such a good idea!” Oh God. I appear to have a Frank attached to my person for the rest of my life. Could be worse, I suppose. I could have a complete weirdo atta... nevermind. Well I guess I can never ever leave Belleville now.

We spent the rest of the night pretty much exactly the same as the night before, only punctuated by my mum coming home and nearly having a fit at the boy lying on my bed. After I’d managed to calm her down and explain that no, we weren’t in fact having sex, and that Frank was one of my new friends from school.

“Bestest best friend.”

“Yes Frankie, bestest best friend.” He managed to win her over pretty much immediately, in his special Frank way, and after he’d eventually left, all she did was gush over him, asking if I liked him to which I rolled my eyes, and basically begged to meet the rest of the guys.

“You can bring them over to dinner tomorrow!” Oh good God.
