after my sister went upstairs to play rock band and guitar hero with Joey, Jakob wondered downstairs half asleep unnoticed until he walked into the archway when he was walking to the kitchen when he shouted “mother fucker, who the fuck put that creation of fucking Satan in my way” causing me and Maria to spin round to see who it was expecting to see our sister but instead saw our NINE year old half brother standing right next to the wall rubbing his nose then his eyes our eyes went wide and we put our hands over each others mouths to stop the other from laughing but you could see in our eyes that we were mentally pissing ourselves laughing when he finally turned towards the living room he was shocked to see it occupied Adrianne frowning at him and our mom and dad sharing similar expressions to me and Maria “h-hey guys how long you b-been there?” he asked then nervously chuckled “long enough to hear a 9 year old swear like a 90 year old” Adrianne commented with a stern look on her face she is starting to get on my nerves and before I could tell that if Gloria stayed in the same room as her any longer she would have had something to say to her whether she was in there or just about to leave the room “oh Addie cut the lad some slack, yeah” mine and Maria’s mom said me and Maria had composed ourselves then we nodded at each other “yeah I think we are gonna make sure that Gloria doesn’t teach Joey her very own self defence class” me and Maria shivered at the memory flashback me and Gloria were 7 and Maria was 11 I was sitting with Graham and Maria watching TV when mom and Gloria came back from there mother daughter self defence class me and Maria didn’t think anything of it until we tried to walk to the kitchen at dinner time and we had slightly nudged Gloria and she had Grabbed me first because I apparently was the closest to her she grabbed my left arm and twisted it behind my back the kicked my legs from under me causing me to fall to the floor and my left arm to come out of it’s socket causing me to scream, Maria then tried to run because she knew that she would be next but she was too slow as Gloria jumped up on Maria’s back and knocked her to the floor and twisted her right leg backwards then to the side and tugged until I heard a popping sound and then Maria started screaming as well and Gloria hopped off her back and said “that’s why you don’t fuck with Amy Bethany Gardiner” as we weren’t going by the names Christian, Gloria and Maria until two days ago but we just stared at her then at each other “all we did was nudge you, you psycho” I shouted in pain then our mom came through with our dinner and saw me and Maria on the floor in pain with our floppy limbs limp on the floor as the rest of our bodies writhed in pain “Amy, what did you do?” our mom asked Gloria who was sat in her chair acting innocent “they attacked me mommy” she said in her fake sugar sweet voice “of course they did Amy” she said shaking her head when Graham came through our mom got him to pick me up gently and put me in the car as she did the same with Maria as Gloria skipped behind us Smiling we were in hospital for 5 days and mom banned Gloria from going back to the self defence classes and we were glad end of flashback
