Bandit got out of the car and walked inside, with me following her.
“Dad? You home?”
I held my breath.

“Oh well. He’ll probably be home later. Let’s go see my mom.”
She walked to the kitchen and there was LynZ of Mindless Self Indulgence.
“Hi Mom. This is Alex. Shes new.”
“Hi honey.” LynZ said to me.
“Hi. I love MSI. And MCR.” I said quickly.
She smiled at me.
“Well, thanks. Gerard probably is working with MCR’s manager. They’ve been wanting to get the band back together.
“Yeah I told her.” Bandit said.
“Oh, I see.” LynZ said, and laughed.
“Well we’re gonna go to the garage and wait for Cherry and Lily.” Bandit announced.
“Okay, have fun.” LynZ said.
Bandit walked to the garage and I followed, waving at LynZ.
The garage was amazing. It was big enough for 4 cars, but Bandit had transformed it into an amazing place for a band to practice.
It looked like the garage from the I’m Not Okay video, but the walls were black and hot pink instead of blue and red.
Cherry and Lily walked in, Cherry holding a bass and Lily holding a guitar.
“Hey.” Cherry said and plugged in her bass.
“Hi.” Bandit and I said.
Lily bent down and fiddled with her amp.
“Well…Alex, do you know how to play some My Chemical Romance songs on the drums?” Cherry asked me.
“Yeah. I do actually.” I said.
“Okay, cool. Go and sit at the drums.” Cherry said, and stood up.
Lily strummed at her guitar.
“We ready?” Bandit asked.
“Yep.” The 3 of us said.
Lily played the opening notes of Famous Last Words, while Bandit sang. Cherry came in on bass, and I played at my drums.

Bandit’s voice was amazing, Lily was so full of energy, which she obviously got from her dad. She was usually quiet so it was awesome to see her rock out. Cherry was just amazing.
“Guys…I have an idea for what to name the band.” I announced after the song was over.
They looked at me in anticipation.
“Disenchanted? From the song off of The Black Parade?”
They looked at each other.
“That’s actually really good.” Bandit said. “Let’s name it that!”

“Hey you guys. That sounded awesome.” Came a voice from the door.
