Gerard’s P.O.V
As I read the words on the page the first thought that came to my mind was ‘Shit. What about my four friends?’
I can’t leave them. There is no way.
Especially Mikey, he’s like the other half of me. The Ying to my Yang. The Robin to my Batman.
Ok that last one maybe not, it sounds a bit weird.
With him being my twin brother, he is just too important to leave behind. Sure the others are like brothers to me, but Mikey is my baby brother. He is only younger than me by like 20 minutes, but still.
Then I hear a squeal.
‘GERARD I GOT MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER!’
I knew he was one person I didn’t have to leave behind.
Ok so a bit about my family and friends?
100% pure bloods. The best kind. Obviously I have no problem with half bloods or even mudbloods but I know I will be more respected. I know our family is respected in the wizarding world. Yet in this world I’m just the weird emo kid that can’t fit in. We all are, we didn’t even have a chance.
Frank Iero and Bob Bryar. Half bloods, so there is a chance they will be accepted into Hogwarts. I can’t wait to see the look on their faces when they find out about magic.
Mikey and I are the only two that know about this. Franks mum and Bobs dad haven’t told their partners, and they wanted to keep it that way for as long as possible. It might change soon if they get letters as well.
Ray Toro. Muggle, there is no chance of him getting a letter. What if we all get one, we can’t leave him. But can we pass up this opportunity? We might not all get a letter though. Then it wouldn’t be as bad would it? What about all the lies. We couldn’t tell him the truth. So many thoughts will go through his head, like it does with any 11 year old.
Like they are with me.
I may have the body of an 11 year old. Everyone seems to say I act older though.
I guess we’ll just have to see what happens.
