I threw my bag up and climbed up into the treehouse.My head fell against the damap wood of my treehouse,I sighed and stared at my scrapbook,all the Mikey memories just washed away.I couln't be mad at him.I was just mixed up and I didn't know how to move on.
My chest felt heavy and I just wanted to cry.Where did I go wrong? My phone vibrated,'1 new message- Mikey' I shook my head and didn't even bother to look at it. My phone went off again: '1 new message- Mikey' and again.And again.And he wasn't going to give up,in the end I turned my phone off as I just wasn't in the mood.Flashbacks of the phone call came and went in my head,
"Why did this happen?" I asked myself out loud
"I don't know Frankie"
My head snaped up: Michael Fuckin' Way was up here with me.
"How long have you been up h-here?" I asked
"Long enough to hear you ask that" He replied, "And you didn't answer my texts so I got worried and came round." Mikey paused and gazed around, "You have a good view up here"
