New Chapter up, Loves!

SKIP AHEAD TO WHEN THEY ARE JUST ARRIVING AT THE HOTEL (This is technically part of the last ch. But I wanted to have them separated because this isn't the ride to the hotel). Oh and sorry if in some places where it should say `Mikey', it says `Gee/Gerard' I had typed it originally to be Spence and Gee exploring but then I changed to Mikey, so sorry if I missed some : )

　

THIRD PERSON

　

The guys just parked in one of the parking lots outside their hotel and waited for the Moms to pull up beside them. Brendon was the first one out of the van, running around like some five year old kid. Ian was the next one out, chasing Brendon around.

William was still asleep so Gabe had to wake him up, which he hated to do.

"William, c'mon you have to get up, we are at the hotel.." Gabe said in a soft voice.

William just moaned and shifted slightly before sleepily saying "No.. I want to sleep.. Carry me up?"

Gabe blushed "Yeah, sure." he went around the other side and picked William up gently, trying not to wake him any further. William wrapped one arm around Gabe's neck, letting it tangle in his hair.

When the guys all go up to their big room Pete and Patrick claimed a bed and went to take a nap. Ian, Dallon, Brendon, and Ryan decided to go to the pool and Bob and Jon tagged along too. Mikey and Spencer went `exploring' in the hotel and Gerard dragged Frankie -who didn't want to go- off somewhere to get food. So that left William and Gabe. Gabe was just setting the still half-asleep William down on a bed and turning to go when William grabbed his wrist and pulled him back.

Gabe kneeled on the floor by William "What's wrong, Bilvy?"

"I had a really horrible dream earlier.. In the van.." William said quietly.

"You wanna tell me about it? I mean you don't have to.." Gabe trailed off.

"I want to. Come here.. Please don't leave me alone right now." William begged.

What could this dream have this dream been about to make him this scared.. To make him want /me /not to leave him? Gabe thought as he sat down on the edge of the bed.

William sat up and began speaking, slowly and sleepily.

"We were all back at the house, Gerard and Mikey's house. We were playing truth or dare just like the other night, only this time the room started to flood with water. We tried to get out through the door but it was locked. Someone locked us in, Gabe." William said, obviously terrified. "brendon started choking on the water -it was really deep by then- so Ian went to go help him. I had closed my eyes but then I heard screaming; my eyes snapped open to see a cloud of red engulf them as they sunk to the bottom which didn't seem to even be there anymore. Ryan was freaking out, bawling his eyes out that Brendon died. And Dallon was trying to find Ian.. But the same thing happened to him, screaming, a cloud of red -blood?- and then he started to sink too. Bob told Mikey he loved him and then a big dark purplish THING came up out of the water and just ate them whole.. Gerard, Pete and Patrick where at the top of the steps which had yet to be flooded, they were screaming for you, me, Jon, Spencer, Frank and Ryan to get up there. We started swimming over to the steps and that big purple thing came out of the water again, it bit Ryan's arm right off. You went to go get him, you didn't want to leave him for death. And then the worst thing happened.. It ate you. I saw it circling you and Ryan.. I tried to warn you guys but it was too late. It ate you. You died. And then everyone else started to just fade in and out, it got to the point where I couldn't see them at all anymore and I was all alone. It all seemed so real.. It was terrifying.. Then I woke up in the car, you holding my hand.." William trialed off.

"Oh, Bilvy, that's so scary. I'm sorry. And sorry about the hand thing.." Gabe said.

"No, it was really comforting waking up from /that /to you holding my hand." William smiled a little.. It was a fake. He was still freaked out about the dream.

Gabe lay down on the bed against the wall, expecting William to go to another bed, or at the very least stay at the other side of the bed. He didn't. Hs crawled over to Gabe and snuggled up to him, grabbing his hand. "Thank you for not leaving me.." he whispered.

Gabe didn't say anything back, he was kind of confused on what was happening. Last night William was making smart-ass comments to Gabe and acting like he hated him and now William didn't want him to leave. What the heck was going on? He just lay very still, eventually William fell asleep and Mikey and Spencer walked in.

"Hey Gabe!" Mikey said, "You wanna go explore with me and Spence?!?"

Gabe's P.O.V.

I looked down at William, he was sleeping, surly he wouldn't know if I left for a while to go look around, right? Even if he did wake without me there, it's not like I'd get in trouble with him. We weren't together, so it didn't matter, correct?

"Sure, why not?" I said. I got up very carefully so I wouldn't wake William up and put on some old converse. "So, where off to first?"

"Haven't you ever gone exploring before? You don't plan where you go, you just go!" Spencer explained. I nodded and without warning they tossed me a walkie-talkie, they each grabbed one of my arms and dragged me out of the room.

"What the-" I started

"SHHH!!! You have to be quiet! We can't let anyone see us!" Mikey whisper-yelled as Spencer put his hand over my mouth. I licked Spencer's hand and he stumbled backwards wiping his hand on Mikey.

I heard something.. It kind of sounded like wheels to some sort of cart.. I think it's a maid! I tapped Mikey on the shoulder and pointed to where the cart was rounding the corner. The three of us dove into a near by elevator, Spencer was repeatedly hitting the `close doors' button, when they finally closed Mikey exhaled deeply and hit the button labeled `T/F' for top floor. When we arrived on the 7th floor, I peaked around the corner to see if anyone was there.. No one was.

"Look what me and Mikey found!" Spence said, proudly holding up the master card for the hotel.

"Whoa.. Can't that get us into any room we want? CAN WE GO TO THE KITCHEN?!" I said excitedly.

Mikey started looking nervous "I-I don't know if that's a good idea.."

"Oh come on! Please? Aren't we supposed to be exploring? What's better then exploring the kitchen.. Where no other guest has gone before?"

"He's got a point, Mikes." Spencer said.

"Fine.. But I don't want to. If we get in trouble I'm going to say that you two kidnapped me!" Mikey stated.

I felt a buzz in my pocket. A text. It was probably from one of the moms. "Well I think the moms just saved your ass, Mikes, I just got a text." I said as I pulled out my phone. "Oh wait, it's from Pete."

"Well read it!" Spencer exclaimed.

"Okay, okay, calm yourself!" I exclaimed back making fun of his tone of voice.

It read: Um William is requesting ur presence

Tell him I'm busy. I'm with M and S I responded.

"What did he want?" Mikey asked.

"He just said that William was requesting my presence. No big whoop. Lets keep exploring." I said plainly.

They both gave me a weird look "Are you mad at him or something? Any other day you would be running up there in a heartbeat...." Spencer trailed off.

"No, im not mad. Just very, very confused." My eyebrows furrowed as I looked down.

"Confused? Why confused? You guys seemed fine earlier.. You do realize that he was sleeping on you, right? And that he wont even share a bed with anyone else?"

"Exactly. Yesterday it was like he despised me, hated my guts; and then today he's acting like we are together; sharing beds and holding my hand. That's why I'm confused. I don't know what he wants from me, does he want to be friends? More then friends? Or nothing to do with me at all? ... oh hold on, another text from Pete." I said, taking out my phone.

Rlly, he needs u. Now. I dont think he can wait.. He keeps saying tht he needs to no ur ok. ? Plz jst come up n see him?

I sighed and texted back that I would be there in a few minutes.

"Okay William is like freaking out about something and Pete is begging me to go see William. But what were you going to say before I got the text?" I asked Spencer.

"Oh yeah. Why don't you just talk to him and ask what he wants? Or just ask him out.."

"And what if he rejects me?!" I said loudly.

"Then say me and Mikey dared you to do it. He would believe that. But he wont reject you, I promise. He wont. I didn't want to be the one to tell you this but.. But he really likes you. He has since we were in seventh grade and you guys were in eighth!"

By then we were at the door to our room, we stopped outside the door "Really? For that long?" I asked.

"Yes, for that long. He might only want to be friends with you now because he doesn't want to get hurt but if you ask him out he WILL say yes. Going on even a single date with you has been his dream since middle school." Spencer's words were encouraging, I think I'm friends with him and Mikey now.. Cool. I gave both of them a hug and watched them walk away before going into the room.

I barely got to shut the door before William attacked me.

"GABE!" William ran up to me and wrapped me in a hug "You're okay. You're okay.." he just kept repeating those words, not letting me go.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" I asked, confused.

"Because you died.. You died. It was horrible. Dallon just went and shot you dead! It was a dream, a terrible dream!" William explained.

Aww.. Well now I feel really bad for leaving him.

"Oh.. Well yeah, I'm perfectly fine. Im sorry I left you." I said wrapping my arms around him, "So.. I have a question for you.."

"Shoot."

"Go out with me?"

William's face lit up, "Yes. Yes! YES!" he exclaimed, his voice progressively getting louder.

"Tonight then? We can have dinner together and go for a walk by the beach?" I grinned widely, this was finally happening after almost a year.

"Absolutely!"
