Violet's P.O.V.
First I heard a ring, just a telephone ring. Then I heard a thud. And then I heard screaming. My eyes shot open. Gerard was holding the phone against his ear, screaming loudly. I glanced at the clock. 11:45 P.M. When I looked back at Gerard his face was red, his fists were clenched and he looked like he could kill someone.
"How could you lie to me, Violet?!"
I blinked."Gee, what are you talking about?" I reached to touch his arm but, he jerked it away.
"You know what I'm fuckin talking about, Vi. That little story about losing the baby, how could you stoop so fuckin low?! That's why you went to the hospital, isn't it? You couldn't fuckin live with yourself after killing our fuckin baby!"
How did he find out? No one knew. No one fuckin knew.
I couldn't speak. I couldn't think. My throat was constricting.
"Gee, I..."
"Just fuckin save it. Who knows what all you have fuckin lied to me about" He turned to walk out the door.
"Gee wait, you're right. I couldn't live with myself!"
"I never want to see or hear from you again, you got that?", I recoiled as if someone had just slapped me in the face. "Stupid bitch." And with that he left.
I stood off the bed and immediately collapsed on the floor, I can't even fuckin walk. I dragged myself into the bathroom and laid on the cold floor to think. I want to know who told him. Or maybe I should thank them, I should have told him myself.
I looked to my stomach to see blood forming a pool at my side. I screamed out for help but, before I knew it my world went dark again.
