I wake up to find a text on my phone.
I pull my glasses off my dresser and see that the text is from Sarah.
Sarah: hey. I've been thinking about us, and I wanted to know if you wanted to meet up at Bj's at noon?
I text Sarah back and run to the shower.
I shave my stubble and go to the closet.
I decided to wear my khaki pants with a short sleeve button up and my glasses. But it needed something else. Oh I know! A bow tie.

I get in my car and drive down PCH and turn left to get to third street.
I go to vallet parking, and go up the escalator.
Sarah is standing there looking cute in her dress from Urban Outfitters.
I greet her with a hug, and spin her around.
She laughs and says, " I've missed you."
I smiled at her comment, and held her hand as we walked in to BJ's.
We talk for hours over salad, and Mahi Mahi. And beers, don't forget beers.
Sarah wanted to go out to the lookout in Topanga Canyon, but before we did that I met Sarah at her house, so she could take her car home.
We walk into the front door, and I'm greeted by Penny Lane.
I pick her up and hug that cute little butterball.
I missed Penny.
"how's bogart?, Sarah asks.
Bogs is good, he misses you and Penny.
Sarah smiles, and we walk out the front door.
I take her to the beach to get an icecream.
We needed to spend time together.
Ahour passes, and it's almost sunset.
We drive through Topanga Canyon to the lookout point.
The sky was painted with clouds and orange/pink skies.
I look deeply into her eyes and go in for a kiss.
She kisses me back thankfully.
"I love you" I whisper.
"I love you too babe." Sarah says in return.
The sun falls down while the moon quickly comes up.
The view of the San Fernando Valley was quite beautiful.
We stare at the lights of the homes and Warner Center in the distance.
Sarah shivers from the cool breeze, so I go to the trunk to get her a blanket.
I wrap us in the blanket, and lay down, with my arms around her as her head rests on my chest.
This felt good.
It was nice not getting high for once.
Sarah was my high.

I take Sarah back to my house because she fell asleep.
I lay her on my bed and take her shoes off.
The blanket was still on her, but I covered her up anyways.
Just to make sure she was comfortable.

My phone vibrated in my pocket, and I pull it out.
How great.
A text from Ryan.
I go into the backyard, and call him.
He wanted to meet up, but I told him I was tired(lie) and that I was going to go in bed.


I didn't want to tell Ryan about Sarah, and Sarah about Ryan.
I was cheating on my boyfriend with my girlfriend, and cheating on my girlfriend with my boyfriend.
It was time to choose which one I wanted to be with, but being a pussy, I push the thought out of my head, and crawl into bed with Sarah, leaving the past behind.
Ryden was over. Or is going to be in the next week or so.
