What're you going to do? | Part One.
0 reviewsMy first ever try at writing fan fiction. Gerard is pressured in to asking Lyn-Z to marry him by his mother. Needles to say, his secret boyfriend, Frank, is not too keen on the idea.

'Frankie, wait, slow down!', Gerard raced after his friend, one arm outstretched, ready to grab Frankie's shoulder. If he could only catch up.
It was then Frankie turned around sharply, his hair was dripping rain water down his face.
'Stop following me, okay?', he snapped, taking a step back from a hurt looking Gerard.
'I'm ... I'm sorry, I just...', Gerard trailed off, staring down at his shoes. Black converse, they had holes in the soles, and water was soaking through.
'You just what?', Frankie interrupted, impatiently, he folded his arms across his chest, waiting for a reply.
'I wanted to apologise', Gerard replied, feeling hot tears well up in his eyes.
Frankie's expression softened when he realised how upset Gerard was, but he kept his arms folded, and tried to maintain his serious expression.
'You said you were going to break it off with her', Frankie stated, taking another step back, he hadn't wanted to have a discussion about it. In his mind this whole, running
out of the studio thing had gone a lot smoother.
'I know what I said', Gerard murmured, unable to make eye contact with Frankie, he concentrated on his hair, 'But, my mom was beginning to ask questions... and I just panicked', he bit his lip
and averted his gaze back to his shoes.
The rain was only getting heavier, the sky was dark. The pair had come to a hault under a street lamp. The light cast strange shapes on their faces. The odd car sped by, but other than that,
they were alone. The rest of the band, and Lyn-z were back in the studio. Probably celebrating. After awhile they'd begin to wonder where Gerard and Frankie had gone.
'I'm sorry Frankie, I just, I didn't know what to do', Gerard was crying now. Frankie's arm dropped down from his chest to his sides, unable to stay mad any longer. Not when
Gerard was crying, it was too much to bear. Silently he walked over, wrapping his arms around Gerard.
'I'm so sorry, I never meant to take it this far', Gerard whimpered in to Franks hair. Frank didn't say a thing, he wasn't going to accept his apologise, not this time. It hurt
too much.
'So are you going to go through with it?', Frank asked after a while, the rain was easing off a little, and now stars could be seen in the sky twinkling between the clouds. Gerard
sniffed, wiping his tears away on the sleeve of his jacket, he shook his head slowly.
'I can't', he replied, looking in to Frank's eyes. How could he possibly marry Lyn-z? How could he do that to Frank? The only person he truly loved...
'So what're you going to do?', Frank asked, his eyes shining with tears, that he promised he wouldn't let fall.
'I don't know', Gerard whispered, feeling his heart sink.
