"see ya Gee!"Mikey greets from the doorstep
"Bye,Mikes!"I shout as me and Frankie walk down the driveway and onto the moonlit sidewalk.
We walk down the sidewalk,hand in hand and in silence.

"Help ME!"Somebody screams from an alleyway.
"Shit.You alright?"Frankie asks the injured man.
I saw the male's face twist into an evil grin as he brings out a sharp metal object.
A knife.
"Franki--"I get cut off by another mans hand covering my mouth.
I hear the knife plunge deep into Frankies gut.
Then again,in Frankies heart.
I squirm under the man's grip as he holds me firm
In the end,he lets go and the men run off.

"Frankie!"I scream as I fall to his side.
His eyes are barely functioning.
"G-Gee.."He stutters
"Yes?"I reply
"S-sing to me.."He smiles weakly.
I gather his small figure into my arms and cradle him.
"If I could be with you tonight
I would sing you to sleep
Never let them take the light behind your eyes
I'll fail and lose this fight
as we fade in the dark
Just remember you will always shine as bright"I trail off at the last chord as I see my Frankies eyes close.
Never to open again.
But I still carry on my song
