  You are such a strong person to stop cutting for 8 months. I know if I self-harmed I wouldn't be able to stop for more than a week.

  Wow! that is good progress! The last time I relapse was during Feburary half term this year,but I never did any real damage to myself except a few long scars up my lower arms.I haven't relapsed since then,and I'm happy!
