This Girl is Me

All alone,
It's for the better.
Skin and bone,
You've read her letters.
This girl is sick,
She's sad,
She's dying.
All night long,
She's up crying.
No one cares,
Is what she thinks.
No one's there,
Is how she feels.

All alone,
It's for the better,
In peace she'll be,
As her clothes get wetter.
In crimson colour,
They'll be soaked.
At least she didn't end up choked,
Like she dreamed while wide awake.

She smiles inside as her body shakes,
From the coldness from the cold hard ground.
Lying beside the blade she found.

She's cut to deep,
But that's the point.
She cannot wait
Till it all ends.
No more nightmares,
No more 'friends'.

Off she goes,
In peace at last.
Happy days,
She'll have a blast.

This girl is sick,
This girl is dying.
This girl is me.
This is my dream.
I'm the one, all night crying.
