"No. I was before, but now i'm not." she sighed as i joined her at the window. Far below us was a dizzying mixture of flowers of all different colors and sizes. They must have been arranged neatly but at this height it just looked like a rainbow of color.
"Would you..like to see my garden sometime..? It's not such an eyesore when you're looking at it on the ground instead of from above." she looked at me and i was itching to hug to her.
"Of course." i smiled and gave in to my urge. Her fur felt soft and slightly fluffy, and i gladly buried my fingers in it. At first Luna snarled, but when i didn't let go she settled with growling softly.
We stayed like that until dinner, and when i finally let go i blushed and didn't look at her. I had the feeling she was avoiding looking at me too while we walked down the hall.
"My name is Mai by the way.." i said before we walked to opposite ends of the table. I thought she didn't hear me until i noticed the broad toothy grin on her face.
