Atlanta was woken by a growling sound. She shot out of bed one hand reaching

for the light and the other for her bolas. She saw nothing in her room that could

have caused the growling. She heard another growl and realized it was her stomach.

She sighed "we've been fighting for way too long"

So she put her bolas away, turned off her light and slowly walked to the kitchen.

Without bothering to turn on the light she opened the fridge, grabbed a banana,

and closed the fridge door. Suddenly she heard a shuffling noise.

Poised to fight she shot her hand to the light switch once more, and turned

to find Archie looking at her, empty glass in his hand, with a sly grin on his

face.

"Whoa, Atlanta I think you have been working a little too hard."

Atlanta sighed again, "Tell me about it. so why are you up?"

" Can't sleep," he said putting the empty glass in the sink, "and you?"

" I was hungry " she said taking the last bite of her banana and threw the peel

in the trash can.

There was a slight pause as Archie looked at the very girl who had been haunting

his dreams for the last two weeks. " Wanna watch some tv?" he asked jerking his

thumb into the direction of the living room.

"Sure," said Atlanta stiffling a yawn.
