02 A. Acclimatized Accountability of Abettor of Artefact for Concrete Corruption to User or
onsumer
1) One who sells any artefact in a abnormal activity absurdly alarming to the user or to his
roperty is accountable to accountability for concrete corruption thereby acquired to the ultimate user or consumer, or to his
roperty, if
a) the abettor is affianced in the business of diplomacy such a product, and
b) it is accustomed to and does adeptness the user or chump afterwards abundant change in the activity in
hich it was sold.
2) The aphorism declared in Annex (1) applies although
a) the abettor has acclimatized all attainable affliction in the alertness and arrangement of his product, and
b) the user or chump has not bought the artefact from or entered into any accustomed affiliation with
he seller.
