Senior Vice President
20 years of executive leadership experience in both the public and "Renewable Vancouver BC":http://www.bridgepower.ca/ , primarily in energy and telecommunications.
Responsibilities include: Guiding business development and negotiations with Government and First Nations.
Prior to Bridge Power: Shawn was Ministerial Assistant to BC Energy Minister Jack Davis, Director and Executive Director with the BC Ministry of Energy, BC Ministry of Finance and BC Ministry of Employment and Investment, then served as Vice President and Senior Vice President at BC Hydro, followed by three years as National Vice President with TELUS Corporation.
Education: Master of Public Administration

Martin Mullany
Director & CEO
Engaged as a consultant to assist Bridge Power in 2008, became a director in 2009. Responsibilities include corporate strategy, strategic partner discussions, and environmental assessments.
Prior to Bridge Power: Martin was a founding shareholder and director of Brooks Macdonald, a UK fund management company (listed on LSE in 2005 with current market cap >$500 million). He also founded (2000) and sold (2008) a Mauritius based multi-family office company.
Education: Graduate of London University, Postgraduate Business Liverpool University.

Mark Grant
Vice President
Experience has ranged from senior government advisory roles, managing a political organization including 7 years in the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities include: leading all First Nations engagement, regulatory affairs, stakeholder relations, external communications, project management of wind, hydro and solar projects. Mark is also involved in managing corporate issues including helping to set strategic direction, negotiating partnership agreements and identifying business development opportunities.
Prior to Bridge Power: Mark has extensive experience at both the Federal and Provincial levels of government, having worked as an advisor to two BC Cabinet ministers as well as an Ontario MP. Following these roles Mark served as Executive Director of the Federal Liberal Party of Canada in BC. These positions have provided him with a strong first-hand knowledge of the BC and federal governments, how they operate and who the key decision makers are.
Education: BA from the University of Alberta, MBA from the University of Liverpool.
